The staff are very welcoming; our room was clean and very quiet. The B&B is close to restaurants & cafés in the area and within walking distance to the city centre. We enjoyed our stay at Fraoch House and highly recommend it.

I stayed with my wife for almost a week and I can only praise this place. The guesthouse is very comfortable, well-located, clean, and well-organized. The complimentary breakfast is very good, with tea, coffee, or milk, plus the typical Scottish caramel chocolate. The full breakfast, although paid separately, is wonderful: a traditional Scottish breakfast, very well prepared and extremely tasty. The hosts were simply amazing, always attentive, polite, and ready to help with anything. They were very patient, especially since I don’t speak English, and always waited calmly while I translated everything using Google Translate. This care truly made a difference in our experience. I highly recommend it and would definitely stay here again. Brazil ❤️ Scotland
