Staff excellent very helpful and friendly. Exceptionally clean and comfortable room and shared space. Great breakfast.

Was expensive. Room in the basement had lovely decor but some practical difficulties such as very little hanging space for clothes a few hangers in the kitchen area! No draw space at all despite possible places that could easily have somewhere to unpack with a bit more thought. Tv very poor reception making it almost impossible to watch even for a short period. Both small points really but for the price expected!

The hotel was lovely. The room was a great size and beautifully decorated, and the bed really comfy. The breakfast was amazing and the staff were really helpful and accomadating. The whole place had a really cool relaxing vibe.

I am having to be really picky to find fault. A few minor things. I think these days hotels should all have charging plug points. And I appriciate the windows in our room were an unusual shape but as a soft furnishings maker the curtains weren't a great fit.

Very small communal space (lounge area) Fortunately we were on lower ground floor but if we were on the top floor my husband would have struggled with the steps as there is no lift Small dining area - lovely cooked breakfast but limited choice of cereals, muesli, fresh fruit etc

No hot water for showers Didn’t feel like a boutique, furniture tired and curtains not fitted to window
