See extensive comments on trip advisor. Our stay at No. 11 Boutique Hotel & Brasserie in Edinburgh was exceptional from start to finish. Communication before arrival was seamless, and the service throughout was warm, professional, and attentive. Deepak truly stood out, he welcomed us, offered thoughtful recommendations, and provided outstanding service throughout our stay and at dinner. He is a tremendous asset to the hotel. Our room was romantic and spotless, the staff consistently friendly, and the overall atmosphere felt like a boutique version of a five-star hotel. The Brasserie was a highlight, we dined there twice and for breakfast, and every meal was beautifully presented and expertly prepared, easily rivaling fine-dining restaurants. The location is ideal, within easy walking distance of major sites. We left feeling pampered and grateful, and would gladly return and recommend this hotel—especially thanks to Deepak and the team, for a memorable stay.

Provide a larger fan or air conditioning in the rooms.

The hotel was very well situated! The room was absolutely lovely & very spacious. The staff were super friendly and helpful.

The only negative was it was a bit more expensive then I would have thought for one night
