Generally clean, a couple of spider webs hanging from the ceiling but a quick wipe with towel and that’s fine. Room, bathroom and bedding was all clean. Everyday they made my bed (didn’t expect that) , emptied bin etc.
Room was smaller than I envisioned , and if I paid the same rate normally for the room I would have been disappointment , however it was marathon weekend and even 4 nights in a premier inn was over £1k so proportionally this was fair value . I think the BnB has a lot of bad reviews that nearly made me cancel, but I’m glad I stuck with it. For the money, location, quietness and general tidiness of the property was fair. The only thing I might suggest is a shelf with a toaster . But I can’t grumble !

The hotel was clean, offered basic but perfectly serviceable accommodation. The bed was very comfortable, rooms cleaned daily and the lady (possibly owner?) Was very friendly and knowledgeable about the area.
The location, whilst being accessible for the city centre was a little run down and l wouldn't have felt safe as a woman walking alone at night. The rooms could do with a little updating and the shower door didn't shut properly leading to us having to dam towels against it so not to flood the room. Having said all that it was good value for money especially if you are touring and just need somewhere to sleep and put your cases.
