David was an amazing host who was always on hand to answer questions and to suggest highlights. The staff at breakfast were attentive and friendly (Stephen and Jane). Breakfast was an enjoyable part of our day. The location was great and we enjoyed what Leith had to offer and it was easy to use public transport to the inner city. We loved our stay.
Would have liked a fridge in room as stayed for multiple days.

Landlord was a mine of information about Edinburgh and the cooked breakfast was tasty
Tiny and cramped en suite bathroom , with a dribble of a shower, suitable for a petite person.
