    Place was clean and well maintained. Spacious just enough for 2 to stay in. Breakfast provided was pretty good, though it's the same every morning. All in all, more upsides than downsides! Would stay again if I ever came back in town.

    When I come to work in Edinburgh, this is my go to choice and has been for 4 years. Staff are always excellent. Parking is available. There is a tram stop 2 mins walk away. There are many dining options within walking distance to suit all tastes and budgets. Breakfast and WiFi are included.

    Convenient location tgat is quiet. Tram is 3 minutes walk and there are plenty of restaurants near by. Facilities are modern, cheerful and clean. Staff are attentive, hardworking and cheerful.
