Room and bathroom excellent, clean and comfortable. Lovely breakfast tasted haggis for first time! Excellent location with nearby bus stop with frequent buses into Edinburgh city centre. Also walking distance to Brittania Yacht and local marina with nice places to eat. Safe secure parking. Host very friendly, would come back again. 100% recommend.

We had a wonderful time here. Loved the traditional Scottish breakfast. And it's was a quick bus ride into town..which the bus stop was right across the street.

Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Breakfast was great and free parking was a bonus. The place had a lot of character and only a short walk into town or buses straight outside.
