Balabani Local Stay

I really enjoyed my stay at this lovely accommodation. It’s a cozy little place, perfect for anyone looking to escape the busy city life and enjoy some peace and quiet. The owner was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and made us feel right at home. The breakfast was delicious and fresh, with vegetables grown right from his own farm, which made the experience even more special. He also gave us a tour around the farm and shared some interesting stories with us, which was such a fun and memorable part of our stay. This was my first time staying here, and I came with a group of friends. We all had a wonderful and relaxing time. If you’re looking for a peaceful getaway surrounded by nature, away from the noise and stress of the city, I would definitely recommend staying here. A truly warm and relaxing experience!

Very hospitable and accommodating people. I have some current mobility limitations, so they promptly adapted and changed our apartment to another no problem. My boys and I enjoyed our stay here, playing football, pingpong and eating outside also.

Staying at Balabani is a very personal and pleasant experience. You are greated with a glass of wine and a chat with the host and in our case they prepared a wonderful dinner with a relatively short notice. A strong "from farm to table" concept with excellent home grown ingredients that we also enjoyed for breakfast. All meals are agreed upon and paid separately from the room rate and makes the whole arrangement flexible and pleasant. The room was clean, but relatively small and the bed was on the hard side and creaking. But these are the only drawbacks on a very pleasant experience, that we gladly recommend to anyone.
