Great spot!

Great winery off the beaten path- very quiet, peaceful, beautiful views. Enjoyed a very nice winery tour and sampling of 8 wines with cheese/meats with a great host. We ended up buying 8 bottles of wine so clearly enjoyed it. Clean, comfortable rooms with good bedding. Great value for the money!

Would be great if they offered a breakfast option so could enjoy the morning at the vineyard! Our room had a fridge and kitchen but we didn’t bring any food.

The rooms need renovation. The furniture too. The bathroom is especially in need of renovation. The hospitality and the hospitality made up for it, but the cleanliness still needs a lot of work.

Can make a horror movie there, not wine.

Location and views are really beautiful. Panoramic sunset/sunrise over the vine yard is stunning

Very sad to say but I will be true: this is not where you want to stay in Montenegro. The whole building seems to be either under construction or abandoned. No one else is there and no one really takes care on the place (cigarettes everywhere, not cleaned toilets, spider nets all over the shower and I can go on and on). There is no warm welcome, typical for other wineries, no one cares if you come here or not really. Wine tasting is also terrible compared to other local wineries, no food, simple wines, no rakija. This place has no story, no charm, it’s not like a family owns winery where you will feel at home. In the night it was a bit like a horror movie, almost scary. Very very sad for such a nice location.

Lovely stay at the vineyard Lipovac

We had a great stay at the vineyard. We received a very lovely welcome from Alex. The wine tasting was a lot of fun and the wines were impressive to say the least. We loved spending our time here. Alex, thanks again for being such a great and friendly host, can’t wait to meet you again. The location is very good, close to lake Skadar but far enough away to find peace and tranquillity. Recommend bringing some groceries to avoid having to go back and forth to the grocery store (quite a drive).

Rooms were spacious but could’ve been nicer with some decorations. Shared facilities were fine, not great.

The location is amazing once you get there. Spectacular views and wine. Our host was incredibly hospitable and it was a pleasure spending time with him.

It is fairly spartan with some comfy chairs on the terrace, but no table to go with it. The beds were a really squeaky.

A must visit, amazing place with amazing people

Amazing stay, everything was perfect! Must try the wine tasting, great tour and lovely view. Worth the trip! Special shout out to the staff, sooo welcoming and made our first night in Montenegro one to remember. Will definitely be coming back!

Firendly staff, pleasant surrounding and view - a kind of quiet valley in the middle of nowhere. You can chill out there nicely, have a walk in the vineyard, spent some time outside..

The rooms are ok and spacy, but their cleanliness was not at standard.

First of all, the wonderful people who live there and look after the winery. A place in a beautiful setting. Quite a long drive to the destination, no neighborhood, but thanks to this you will get unbeatable peace and quiet. I recommend it to all who want to experience something different.

Winery’s but no wine

The scenery and the landscape is beautiful. And also very quite. Despite of the negative sides it has huge potential!

The stuff seemed to be nice, but they take no effort in making your stay comfortable. The room was cleaned up are year ago (dust everywhere, not all lights worked …). Beside that, the slatted frame was squeaky. The apartments and the winery are seemed to be not ready and are partly under construction. We weren’t able to drink/taste a wine, which is sad because what else is the reason for staying at a winery? The place has huge potential and we hope they will raise it in the future! Then it will be a absolute pleasure to stay there
