Pleasant place with a fabulous breakfast.

The breakfast far exceeded our expectations. Both the breakfast staff and variety of food was wonderful. We enjoyed the steam room and sauna. Used it both in the evening and morning. Staff was very helpful.

Our electric teapot had a crack in it and leaked water. They did not have a replacement, but we did get water for tea from the restaurant.

Cleaning could be better

The friendly staff, the big rooms and a nice spa.

Broken things in the room like the shower, wall unit, dirty desk and dead insects in the room. Uninterested staff in the restaurant in the morning and in the evening always loud on their phone. Entrance of the hotel is very hard to find and lots of lights broken in the hallway

Awesome

The rooms were very spacious and neat. I received a greeting card on the table. That was very welcoming and thoughtful of the hotel. The room was quite comfortable and had value for money. The sauna was epic and i had a good time at the gym.

It was okay but the food was a little salty all the times we ate. We tried informing the chefs but they said thats how it should taste but we didn't like that

Large room. Comfortable bed.

The parking area is shared with other businesses and is overcrowded and difficult to park in. Is is supposed to be manned 24 hours but when I went to exit early in the morning no one was there and the exit gate wouldn’t activate so I returned to my parking spot and walked to my destination. Later when I went to leave my exit was blocked by another parked car and I had to wait till the owner was found and they moved their car. Reception is on the second floor of the building. When I arrived the lift wouldn’t work so I had to carry my luggage up 2 flights of stairs to reception then (after checking in) another 2 flights to my room. I told reception the lift wasn’t working but they didn’t seem to believe me. The next morning they finally conceded it wasn’t working and put up a sign next to the lifts. Had to use the stairs for the entire duration of my stay including check out with luggage. There was a large group staying at the hotel. When I arrived at reception I had to wait 45 minutes while members of this group took up the time of reception staff with questions and complaints. A hotel this size needs more staff to assist at the reception desk as required instead of keeping people waiting. On arriving at my room after checking in I found the electronic room key did not work. Other staff contacted reception for me and eventually solved the problem. This issue occurred again after going for a walk and returning to my room. The air conditioning in my room did not work until after I contacted reception at 9:00 pm. By this stage the room was 28 degrees and it took at least an hour to cool down. The reason it was not working was because the balcony door was slightly open. I didn’t open it so it must have already been open when I checked in. There were no instructions in the room about the operation of the air conditioning and the need to check that the balcony door was closed. The room was noisy.

Decent budget friendly hotel

Friendly staff, had one of the larger rooms so it was quite spacious.

The location, this hotel is above a car dealership so it's a bit awkward. We also got a parking ticket even though the lot attendant guides us to a specific spot.

The rooms were very large, the bathroom was slick and modern, the beds were comfy, the staff was nice, the spa is good addition too. Overall perfect hotel for our short stay in Podgorica. We also used the gym which add all the basic stuff you need for a workout.

A nice and cheap stay with great breakfast and a comfortable room

It was a great and comfortable stay at the hotel. especially the Spa and the breakfast was a nice add on. the room was spacious and the personal very friendly.

The water in the jacuzzi had a lot of chlorine in it with was burning in the eyes. Also the hotel is located outside of the center.
