The view

Hi.. I don't do this kind of stuff.. but the hotel everything almost was horrible.. the view was nice. But the staff at 9:50am just came in my room opened the door without knocking and started to scream at me.. told me that I am stupid person, threatening me and saying he is the owner he can do anything he wants.. the bed was bad woke up and my whole body is itching...

- lots of light in the room - big room, with own kitchen and balcony - great pool and mountain view - quiet

- the sliding balcony door lock and the large stovetop were not working upon check in, kitchen was missing kitchen essentials like spatula, bowls, pots and a water boiler. The door lock was fixed and the kitchen tools added when I asked, but stove never got fixed, although owner offered to switch rooms (but I opted to stay because the other room has less light) - there was a propane gas leak in my room, which I luckily realized when I got back one day. The owner came to check it out but I was disappointed in how he handled the issue, he just changed the tank and was rushing to leave, while the entire room was still filled with propane gas and smell. There were a large swarm of giant ants (and I do mean giant, they were climbing up the doors to catch and eat the wasps that always try to get to the light inside at night) on the balcony doors at night at the time and I couldn't even open the balcony doors to air out the room for fear of them getting in. He brushed me off about the ants at first, and I had to ask him for insect spray and get upset for him to respond to my very real gas inhalation safety concerns in an appropriate manner in the end. He did cut down the branch outside that the ants were using to get up to the balcony the next day though. - need better cleaning everywhere. Upon check in, the floor was not completely clean and I had to wipe the kitchen tops and wash the kitchenware myself at check in because they were not clean and just looked cloudy. There is plenty of dirt on top of the tile edges in the kitchen and bathroom. Which is crazy because there are multiple staff that work there everyday, why are the rooms not as clean as they should be? All in all, this place needs a lot more organization and A LOT more detail to attention and care should be paid to maintaining the room and the way issues are dealt with. If it didn't have these issues, I would have rated this place much higher.

Room was good. Pool was a bonus.

Breakfast would be useful as there's nowhere near to eat. We rented a scooter to get into town.

Not the cleanest but it does the job. Wifi is effy but works, not a big fan of the open hole in the bathroom which could lead to bugs in the bedroom even if the door was closed! The staff was nice but didn’t speak much english. Location left to desire as its a bit far from the center but in Amed, you need a bike no matter what

I love this place! The rooms has the most beautiful view for the mountains. The owner is very kind and helpful and everything is good! Recommend this place!
