It is very close to everything and it looks exactly like the pictures. So you get what you pay for. The staff was incredibly nice, Roman was always available via booking and the other lady was extremely kind as well! The AC worked great and the room had everything I needed: a big comfortable bed, a safe, a mini-fridge, a desk with stool, a closet and a bathroom with toilet, sink and shower.
Since the bathroom is made out of stone the floor was cold and I think one window had no glass. The products in the shower are not in a dispenser, they are individually wrapped and I have never seen shampoo in that form.

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in Amed, die Aussicht von der Dachterrasse ist atemberaubend, das Personal super hilfreich, das Bett extrem groß und gemütlich und die Pfannkuchen zum Frühstück sehr lecker. Uns wurde mit allem ausgeholfen, sei es Fahrten von A nach B oder Massagen, uns hat es hier an nichts gefehlt. :)

Be careful with your bookings. The owner will not honour Booking.com rates, discounts or breakfast vouchers that were applied to your booking with them.
The owner acted like a gangster. Only one over worked staff member. The "included" breakfast was very sad and if you do get the Genius voucher they will not honour it and will attempt to charge exorbitant prices for a pitiful egg on toast. (I mean for one breakfast setting for two you could dine at the nighest cliffside ocean view restaurant in Amed)
