Very convenient accommodation for families

The apartment has everything a family needs. The washing machine was a big advantage. Also, the nearby park has a playground and green are for play for the kids. Bus stop is just a minute away and there is a large supermarket around the corner. Private and secure car parking is also available in the private courtyard.

Perfect

It was one of the best places i've ever stayed at. Really easy to get to from the train station which is 5 minutes away by foot. You have everything you need around you. From supermarket to drug store to bakery and a shopping mall. The host was super helpful with giving us travel tips and what places were worth visiting saving us a lot of time and money.

Since we were 5 people, sharing 1 key was a hassle. I would suggest having two keys for the appartment for future guests. Everything else was perfect!

Too far from city centre and train station

V basic accommodation considering the cost. The living area also appears far larger in the pictures than in reality ie it’s quite cramped.

The location was very far from the city centre. We spent a lot of money on taxi s ( which were hard to find). This location only works if you have a car. There are buses but they re quite infrequent.

This is a spacious, clean, comfortable well located apartment for visiting Cinque Terre.

The location was five minute walk to The Cinque Terre train station and less than a block from a large Super Grocery Store. Perfect for our vacation.

Superb

The host was there waiting for us on arrival and was very helpful. Apartment was Immaculately clean and bright also it is within close walking distance to a good supermarket. We had a car so the location was good as the street parking was free for non residents in that area.

There were no sharp knives or chopping board for food prep - something the host can easily rectify!

Très bon logement, pour visiter les cinq terres.

Tout... L emplacement, la proximité avec la gare ( ligne de bus 3), d un supermarche et d une cafétéria à 50 mètres où l on déjeune très bien pour une somme dérisoire. Les explications de Frederico qui ne demande qu à distiller avec bienveillance de multiples indications: horaires des transport, café, restaurant, plans... La mise en sécurité de notre voiture dans la cour privative. La disponibilité et la ponctualité de Frederico. La propreté des serviettes, des draps de lit, et très grands lits super confortables.

Il manquait juste un torchon pour essuyer la vaisselle, mais ce n était qu un détail.

Apartament znajduje się w znakomitej lokalizacji blisko supermarketu oraz stacji kolejowej. Bardzo przytulne i czyste miejsce, doskonale wyposażone. Wlaściciel bardzo pomocny i miły, na pewno kiedyś tam wrócimy 😊 polecam.

Très bon séjour

Le propriétaire est une personne extrêmement gentille et qui aime sa ville. Il a pris le temps de nous expliquer les commodités de l'appartement, les alentours ( proximité de la gare Migliorana, le supermarché, le parc) et ses meilleures recommandations de visite. Le logement est très bien équipé et au calme, avec un parking privatif.

Bequeme Wohnung um Cinque Terre zu erkunden

Gut ausgestattetes Appartment im zweiten Stock, Klimaanlage in allen Zimmern und dem Wohnzimmer, privater Parkplatz, sehr netter und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber. 5 Minuten zu Fuss vom Bahnhof « La Spezia Migliarina » gelegen, von wo aus man Cinque Terre gut mit dem Zug erkunden kann.

Durch die etwas älteren Fenster hört man gelegentlich den Lärm von draussen. Etwas abseits vom Stadtzentrum gelegen (+- 25 Minuten zu Fuß).

Es war nett und komfortabel.

Die Lage ist perfekt - nah an Supermarkt, am Bahnhof, am Park und ca. 2 km zu Fuß zum Hafen und Zentrum. Es hat eigenen Parkplatz. Der Eigentümer ist äußerst bemüht und freundlich.

Es ist etwas hellhörig und man hört die Stimmen von den Nachbarn.

Les Cinque Terres, une destination à découvrir

Très bon emplacement du logement : à 5 minutes à pied de la gare ferroviaire et à 20 minutes de la gare maritime. Très pratique pour aller visiter les Cinque Terres. Un supermarché au pied de la location : la voiture n'a pas été utilisée du séjour! Les lits sont très confortables. RAS pour les équipements et la climatisation. Frederico, le propriétaire est très à l'écoute et très accessible.

Un petit bémol pour les toilettes qui sont dans la même pièce que la douche...

Excelente dpto para disfrutar y un anfitrión muy amable

El Departamento es excelente tiene todo nuevo impecable sábanas almohadas toallones vajilla todo de primera calidad. Todo muy limpio. Lavarropas Aire acondicionado funciona perfecto. Federico muy amable nos recibió con agua fresca en la heladera caramelos y se esmeró para recomendarnos lugares para comer y conocer. Esta muy cerca de la estación de tren muy útil y fácil para ir a cinque terre. A una cuadra un supermercado grande. La zona muy tranquila. Un plus que tiene la cochera con entrada al edificio por atrás. Y también ascensor cómodo para 5 personas. Realmente disfrutamos mucho la estadía. Muchas gracias

Die Unterkunft liegt sehr zentral - Bahnhof, Supermarkt, Park liegt in unmittelbarer Nachbarschaft. Der Eigentümer war sehr aufmerksam und bemüht, dass wir unseren Aufenthalt genießen. Er hat uns Tipps zum Frühstück, der Cinque Terre und Restaurants in der Stadt mitgeteilt. Der private Parkplatz direkt am Haus war sehr bequem, sowie die Betten.
