Le Case sul Parco

Lovely apartment. Clean and modern. Great air con. Nice balcony to sit on and watch the world go by. Location good, close to train station and a very good supermarket. Federico was very attentive showing us the apartment, communication was excellent.

Not much in the way of restaurants near by, but prefer a quiet location so it worked well for us.

Es ist eine schöne Wohnung (Nr.10) mit großem Balkon. Wir haben Frederico bescheid gegeben, dass wir da sind und nach einer halben Stunde war er da, wie angekündigt. Er hat uns alles gezeigt, denn manches ist nicht wie in Deutschland. Die Betten sind sehr bequem. In der Küche war soweit alles da. Die Pfanne könnte mal erneuert werden. Strategisch liegt die Wohnung recht gut. Sie ist in einem Wohngebiet, es gibt auch einen Privatparkplatz. Zum Bahnhof sind es gerade mal 200m, von dort kommt man bequem in die Cinque Terre. 100m Richtung Süden ist die Bushaltestelle um nach Porto Venere oder in die City/Hafen zu fahren. 50m entfernt ist ein großer Supermarkt mit angeschlossenem sehr guten und sehr preisgünstigem - naja Restaurant. Das Essen ist wirklich gut. Friseur, Bäcker etc. alles in der Nähe.

Clean, comfortable and very well equipped apartment in a nice area with very good train links to Cinque Terre. Supermarket and restaurants nearby. Frederico was kind, welcoming and is clearly proud of the local area, he met us at 10pm and cheerily showed us around the apartment and made sure we were happy before he left. I highly recommend staying there.

Obiekt nie oferował śniadań. Dobrze wyposażona kuchnia oprócz korkociągów które przy próbie otwarcia wina wyginały się.

Lokalizacja nie najlepsza, Budynek usytuowany jest tuż przy drodze dojazdowej do głównej drogi. Samochody jeżdżą całą noc, co nie umożliwia normalnego snu, Łóżka mało wygodne, Brodzik prysznicowy po przetarciu mokrą chusteczką okazał się brudny.
