Best spot in a beautiful town - amazing stay!

The perfect place to stay in a more local area of the town. The hosts were amazing, met us personally and provided us with very helpful information about visiting the Cinque Terre, and recommended some lovely restaurants in the area which we tried. The space is very cute and comfortable and we had everything we needed for our stay. Had the best gelato from the Gelateria behind the building, and amazing pastries. We will cherish our time in this beautiful town. Close to the bus stops and train stations too. Loved it!

We had an amazing stay!

The room was really nice and had all the essentials, we felt really taken care of. The bed was comfy and AC worked well. Loved having a morning coffee in the garden. It is only a 5 minute walk from the train station. We were warmly greeted by lovely hosts Donatella and Giuliano and got many recommendations for what to do in the area. A perfect place for the price!

We loved it here so much and would 100% recommend to anyone staying in La Spezia and wanting to visit the Cinque Terre. The hosts are so welcoming and lovely, two of our friends ended up stuck in La Spezia (train strikes) and they organised the room for them last minute so they could stay the night with us. So comfortable, clean and the fresh lemons are a fab touch. Thank you so much!!

Nice communications, train and bus. Clean and super friendly hosts. Good snacks and coffe machine etc presented by the hosts, very welcoming. Free parking.

The location is difficult to rate. On one hand you have good communications, on the other hand the trains also run very nearby which you can hear. Not very close to the center. Could be more sound proofed, you hear the neighbours from the other room very easily. Other than that it’s a great space.

It was really pleasant stay and we are so happy we found this place. Donatella and Giuliano were so sweet hosts, talked all about Cinque Terre and how to go there and also all the other places near La Spezia.

Great place to stay in if you are going to do the Cinque Terre! Amenities were modern and worked.

We loved the comfy bed and airconditioner. The bathroom was also amazing!

We didn’t realize how being so close to the station meant the loud passings of trains throughout the night. We also experienced lots of bedbug bites/ mosquito bites. Another thing was the lack of microwave which would have made our lives a lot easier!

Beautiful and comfortable base for exploring Cinque Terre

Don’t look any further and book this place for your cinque terre trip! Everything was perfect from check in to check out. The hosts were very friendly and welcoming, and gave great recommendations for places to see and eat beyond the cinque terre. Its perfect if you are travelling by car as there is free parking in front of the apartment (this is communal parking that is quite busy but if you have a small rental you’ll manage to find a spot). It is also perfect if you’re travelling by train as it is only 5 minutes from a train station that is only one train stop away from La Spezia’s central terminal from whence you buy your cinque terre card etc. The station near the house is also nice and quiet for managing bags etc. The apartment is beautiful, and has everything you need to cook for yourself. The bed is super comfortable!! There are lots of restaurants and necessities in walking distance. We will definitely stay here again when we come back to the region!

The two apartments by Microcosmo are very stylish and furnished to a high standard... In any case, very beautiful flats. The smaller apartment we had this time was just a bit too small for our extensive luggage. But definitely recommended for travellers with less luggage! The two hosts Donatella and Giuliano are both super friendly and very helpful and supportive. You can't have better hosts than them.

Sehr zu empfehlen, modern minimalistisch eingerichtet und liebevolle Gastgeber

Wir hatten das Apartment mit Outdoor-Küche. Die Unterkunft ist modern eingerichtet. Es gibt einen kleinen Garten mit Möbel, Schirm, Lichterketten usw. Gewürze und Zitronen darf man sich einfach nehmen. Es ist sehr ruhig in der Umgebung, eine Bäckerei, Eis und ein großer Supermarkt sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Auch die Bahnstation La Spezia Migliarino ist in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Hier fahren teils Züge Richtung Cinque Terre allerdings nicht so regelmäßig wie von der Centrale. Die Unterkunft ist zwar etwas kleiner aber ausreichend. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Im Apartment befindet sich ein Kühlschrank und eine Kapsel Kaffeemaschine. Die Gastgeber haben Kaffee, Tee, Obst, Getränke und Snacks bereitgestellt. Das war sehr liebevoll. Es gab sogar einen Föhn, Wäscheständer, viele Handtücher, Seife, Shampoo, etc. Müll wird getrennt. Die Küche draußen ist mit Waschbecken, Mikrowelle und einer Induktiven Herdplatte ausgestattet. Passende Töpfe, Pfannen, Geschirr, Teller, Schüssel, usw. sind vorhanden. Auch Gewürze, Spülmittel, Lappen usw. Das Badezimmer besteht aus einer modernen Regendusche und Brause. Die Toilette wird zwar etwas nass aber es kann gut gelüftet werden. Im Zimmer sind zwei Vorhänge, ein dünner und ein dicker für die Nacht. Klimaanlage vorhanden. Für den Parkplatz haben wir 15€/Tag bezahlt. Dieser ist mit einer am Boden befestigen Sperre reserviert.

Ein paar mehr Ablageflächen für Klamotten wären praktisch gewesen. Die Matratze ist etwas hart und es gibt nur eine typische dünne "Decke". Für den Sommer ausreichend, bei uns war es allerdings schon etwas kälter uns hat es teilweise gefroren. Um in die Stadtmitte zu kommen, geht man ca. 30-40 Minuten zu Fuß. Es fährt aber auch ein öffentlicher Bus.

Buen sitio para ir a Cinque Terre

Para muchos se podría decir que por no estar en el centro de La Spezia puede ser un defecto. Creedme, que después de ver esta ciudad, esto es una virtud. Aunque no se cuenta con cocina propia, la ducha moja el retrete y encontramos algo de polvo… El lugar es cuco y romántico. Giuliano y Donatella -los dueños- son encantadores, muy buena gente y te ayudan en todo lo que necesites (recomendaciones, etc etc). Nos dejaron café, cantuccini entre otros alimentos. Además, si tu opción es ver Cinque Terre y/o Génova, lo agradecerás. Tienes a dos minutos la estación secundaria de la Spezia para ir a estas ubicaciones y un supermercado Lidl para proveerte si no quieres ir siempre de restaurantes.

Würde ich wieder buchen

Super nette Gastgeber, haben viel zur Verfügung gestellt bekommen, man hat sich wie daheim Gefühlt. Wir hatten das Zimmer mit der äußeren Küche, aber es geht trotzdem. Giuliano und Donatella erklären ganz La Spezia, und wie man die Cinque Terre bereist, top vorbereitet 👍 abends hat man einen wunderbaren Garten.

Nos encantó todo de nuestra estancia en Microcosmo la Spezia, Donatella y Giuliano son super encantadores y nos explicaron con todo detalle cómo movernos por la zona y nos sugirieron opciones muy interesantes de visitas y restaurantes. El alojamiento es super bonito, en el jardín de su propiedad, en una zona muy tranquila, independiente y a escasos minutos de la estación de tren y gran supermercado. Muy cómodo, con bonitos detalles que se agradecen cuando viajas y con todo lo necesario, como si estuvieras en tu propia casa, además de estar limpísimo. Volveríamos sin duda. Recomendable 100 x 100.

Tout !! Donatella et Giuliano sont des hôtes charmants et très accueillants . Ils ne comptent pas leur temps pour nous recevoir et nous donner des conseils pour visiter . Le studio est très propre avec 1 bonne literie ,1belle douche . Du thé du café pour la semaine , des biscuits et des petits plaisirs à notre arrivée !!! Des transats pour se détendre dans un endroit très calme. Nous pouvons cueillir les citrons . Le studio est proche du train et du bus . Tout était parfait pour nous, avec la chaleur en plus .

L’emplacement 5 minutes à pieds de la gare, Parking et la gentillesse ainsi que toutes les informations données par L’hôte. L’appartement est moderne et spacieux et très calme.

Très bon séjour à la Spezia

Chambre confortable, très bonne literie et mise à disposition du nécessaire (café, assiettes, verres, gel douche…) Les propriétaires Donatella et Giuliano ont été adorables, ils nous ont donné de bons conseils pour passer notre séjour aux cinque terre. De plus, nous avons été accueillis avec des fruits et des petits gâteaux, une très belle attention.

Problème d’humidité suite à de fortes pluies à la Spezia, sinon RAS.
