Lovely stay and good facilities.

This property had all the little touches. It was only for a one night prior to a day at Cinque Terre. Our host Denise was fantastic to deal with. Thank for the lovely stay Denise … grazie mille 🥂☺️

Hard to find for us as tourists who eat early. No food outlets within an easy walk that were open before 7pm. After a long drive and a big day the next day we wanted to get to bed early.

The owner was so good, he responded on time always. This apartment has almost everything you will need. Kitchen was well equipped. Bed was comfy, it has got a very good spacious balcony.

AMAZING PLACE🤩Denise is a true host! She contacted us before arrival,greeted us,responded to any requests/questions quickly. The place is cozy,spotless clean,equipped with anything you can need for your stay even if you’d like to cook. It is a bit out of the old center(35-40min walk),but there is a bus stop like 2 min down the road (that gets you to the city or to the ferry within 10min) ,private parking is just below the house so you don’t have to look for one in a crowded city and leave your car in random places. Highly recommended, would return any time!

Ci siamo sentiti come a casa nostra

Appartamento estremamente confortevole, completo di tutto quel che servita. Ci ha dato la sensazione di una casa, accogliente e calda. Gli ampi spazi, ben illuminati, come anche la cucina e il bagno attrezzato sono stati punti di forza, assieme a materiale informativo sulla zona e le cose da visitare nei paraggi. In generale, ci siamo sentiti totalmente a nostro agio e ci è dispiaciuto andare via. L'host è stata gentilissima, all'arrivo ci ha consegnato le chiavi e dato delle utili indicazioni su come muoverci e quali servizi trovare nelle vicinanze. Abbiamo poi avuto un problema con un portafoglio smarrito sulle scale condominiali, e sia l'host che la vicina sono state rapidissime ad accorgersene e a metterlo in sicurezza, prima di contattarci e informarsi sul buon esito della vicenda (portafoglio recuperato!). Nulla da dire se non esperienza fantastica!!!

Tolle Wohnung in La Spezia

Super schöne Wohnung, sehr sauber, groß genug und ein wunderschöner Balkon mit Sonne. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet, ein Supermarkt und Gym direkt in der Nähe. Mit Öffis kann man in die Stadt, oder 40 Min zu Fuß (leider an einer viel befahrenen Straße entlang). Man kann direkt im innenhof kostenlos parken. Sehr nette Kommunikation und Hilfsbereitschaft von Denise! Wir würden wiederkommen

Nicht optimal grün drumherum um mit dem Hund Gassi zu gehen in der direkt Umgebung aber das ist auch machbar

Sehr schön eingerichtetes Apartment, mit allem was man braucht. Die Eigentümerin ist sehr freundlich und gab mir wertvolle Tipps für Ausflüge in der Umgebung. Habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt!

Bellissimo appartamento con tutti in comfort necessari, accogliente e ben pulito!! La signora Denise è stata gentilissima nell"accogliermi e tanto carina nel fornire informazioni sui vari supermercati e punti di interesse vicini.. lo consiglio e ci tornerò sicuramente per le mie prossime vacanze a spezia 😊
