Odlican smestaj, imalo je apsolutno svega, cak po mom misljenju i vise stvari je bilo nego sto je trebalo za taj novac koji smo dali, zaista smo bili odusevljeni kako je opremljen apartman, jako je prostran, velike sobe, cak 2 ventilatora i 1 klima… postoji cak i mali balkon preko kojeg se pruza lep pogled na La Speziju. Lokacija je okej, treba da se ide autobusom do centra, ali preporucujem Vam da ako idete u okolna mesta/gradove( poput Cinque Terre, Firenca, Djenova) , da idete na zeleznicku stanicu La Spezia Migliarina, koja je na 10ak minuta peske. Sve u svemu, izuzetan smestaj, cist, uredan i odnos cene i kvaliteta je cista desetka! This apartment exceeded all of our expectations. It had absolutely everything we needed, and honestly, even more than we expected for the price we paid. We were genuinely impressed by how well-equipped it was. The apartment is very spacious, with large and comfortable rooms. It also has two fans and an air conditioner, which made our stay even more pleasant. There is even a small balcony with a lovely view overlooking La Spezia. The location is good. You need to take a bus to reach the city center, but if you’re planning to visit nearby towns such as Cinque Terre, I highly recommend using the La Spezia Migliarina train station, which is only about a 10-minute walk from the apartment. Overall, this is an outstanding place to stay—spotlessly clean, comfortable, and incredibly well-equipped. The value for money is exceptional, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting La Spezia.

The toilet flush button should be repaired. It often needs to be pressed several times and held down before the water starts flushing.

Struttura in posizione ottima, vicino fermata autobus, spaziosa e pulita.

È al 3º piano di un palazzo datato.

The flat itself is huge, has even two balconys, nice place to stay. Kitchen is also huge and equipped. Bed is big and comfortable.

In the kitchen the cutlery and the dishes were left dirty. Details were not having too much attention from the host, but the basics were absolutely okay.

Large amount of space, dishwasher, washer, and balcony for drying. It was nearby some shops and restaurants. The hostess was very kind and carried my bag up three flights of stairs for me.

The floors were so dirty. I walked barefoot and my feet turned black. AC was only available in one of the bedrooms and took hours to figure how to turn it on. There should be some instructions on that. The fridge did not work but the freezer did.
