Very nice apartment, right in the centre of town.

The apartment was in an excellent location. It was very clean and spacious. Communication with the hosts was easy peasy, they were very responsive. Lots to see and do very close by. The balcony overlooking the park was nice to have.

Mattress in master bedroom felt like a couple of the springs were gone, it may need to be replaced soon.

Perfect for a group stay

Perfect flat for 6 persons, spacious, with a balcony, great view, close to the beach, with restaurants, bars and shops nearby, we apprecieated the snacks and drinks that we got for free, it was really nice as you are coming from a long travel.

Just the breakfast was good

Very small rooms, very noisy, dirty and old. The stairway was the most dirty stairway I ever saw. Of all the stays in Italy this was the worst.

Perfectly located to all modes of transport, comfortable apartment in old town

The location is perfect - very close to station & bus stop. The apartment is in a street that leads into the old area where there are numerous bars & restaurants. The beach is a short walk and the promenade along the beach, has a weekly market & where you take a boat to Portafino etc

Fantastic huge, super clean apartment just a few steps from train, centre, and restaurants.

Loved the big, sunny balcony with table and chairs and clothesline, overlooking a park. Very private. The owner, Andrea, was so kind. When our luggage was lost, he brought us toiletries and loaned us a bag of clothing! Thank you, Andrea!

Exceptional

The location is just great - in the heart of city center. Rooms were cosy. One huge bonus for us, as travelers with car, was parking lot, provided by host, because we haven't expected, that in Rapallo it's really difficult to find a parking spot on the streets.

Location was great close to Railway Station and easy walking to harbor and all restaurant's.also a nice area to stay in.

Very noisy apartment could have been so much better with a little more attention to detail. Stairway was difficult but that is the nature of the building

Panne de chaudière

J ai aimé le lieu et son emplacement près de la gare et de la plage.

Nous n avons pas apprécié surtout la panne de la chaudière. Nous ne pouvons pas prendre la douche et laver la vaisselle et plus de chauffage aussi. Nous avons signalé le lendemain matin(le samedi).Un technicien s est présenté quelques heures après.Il nous a dit que le lundi, il reviendra avec la pièce détachée.Le lundi passa et personne était venue. Très déçu, nous recontactons le propriétaire pour demander un dédommagement car 3 jours sans eau chaude et chauffage ça devient pénible. Le ton a un peu monté car c était à nous de relancer la demande.???. Après discutions, nous avons fixé un dédommagement à la hauteur de 80e en accord avec le propriétaire.

Prima appartement

Perfecte ligging. Direct in centrum en dichtbij zee. Appartement is licht gedateerd maar voor de rest prima. Is van alle gemakken voorzien en schoon. Voldoende ruimte voor 4 volwassenen.

Parkeren is wel lastig in de directe omgeving. Verhuurder heeft wel een mogelijkheid tot parkeren maar is wel een km verder. Auto staat daar wel achter een hek met toezicht

Excellent emplacement pour séjourner à Rapallo

Excellente situation près de la gare et de la zone piétonne. 10 mn de la mer. Appartement traversant spacieux et lumineux. Nous étions 3 adultes et 3 enfants en parfait confort. Très bien équipé. Personnel disponible et attentionné.

Le stationnement à proximité est problématique et celui proposé est assez loin et payant.

W sumie ok, ale część rzeczy mogłaby wyglądać lepiej (nie było płynu do zmywania, żadnej ściereczki czy ręcznika papiero

Dobra lokalizacja, bardzo duże mieszkanie (salon/przedpokój + 3 sypialnie + kuchnia + łazienka + balkon).

Dość głośno - okna po obu stronach „łapią” hałas z ulicy. W kuchni jest piecyk gazowy do podgrzewania wody - dla bezpieczeństwa warto utrzymywać dopływ świeżego powietrza (otwarte okna w kuchni i innych pomieszczeniach).

Bien placé dans le quartier piétonnier

Très bien placé pour aller à Portofino , en plein centre piétonnier avec beaucoup de bons restaurants autour . Grandes chambres . Bien isolé du bruit de la pizzeria en contre bas .

Le côté impersonnel de la réservation (via Internet et boitier de clés) , lits pas très confortables et appartement vieillot . Pas de grille pain .

Struttura accogliente, in pieno centro a Rapallo. Ha tutto quello che serve, camere spaziose, cucina con tutto il necessario, doppio tavolo e terrazzo. La consiglierei!

Il parcheggio a pagamento, ma è così in tutta la Liguria per cui non è un problema della struttura. Il secondo piano senza ascensore.
