Great location near marina and downtown

The location is right near the center of town and very close to the marina. We enjoyed walking the old town and the nearby grocery store. There was plenty of space for a family of 6. The AC worked well which was necessary given the warm summer temps.

Manager was very good about meeting us at property to clear up check-in process.

L' appartamento era ampio , la cucina ben attrezzata, le camere comode, così pure i bagni. La posizione era centrale: in pochi minuti si arriva sul lungomare. La pulizia era ottima ovunque.

Moderne, saubere und gut ausgestattete Wohnung in idealer Lage von Rapallo – ruhig, ohne steile Anst

Wir waren sieben Tage in der Ferienwohnung in Rapallo und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist modern, sauber und umfassend ausgestattet – es war wirklich alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Besonders praktisch ist der private Parkplatz, was in Rapallo ein großer Vorteil ist. Die Lage ist hervorragend: Der Ort und die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind schnell erreichbar, der Strand ist nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß entfernt, und mit dem Zug konnten wir alle Sehenswürdigkeiten Liguriens bequem erkunden. Ein weiterer Pluspunkt: Man muss keine steilen Hügel erklimmen – sehr angenehm! Die Wohnung selbst befindet sich im zweiten Stockwerk. Für unsere fünfköpfige Familie waren die zwei modernen Badezimmer ideal. Insgesamt ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt – wir würden die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

Morgens war etwas Straßenlärm zu hören, was aber insgesamt nicht stark störte. Die Einfahrt zum Parkplatz ist sehr eng, mit unserem XC60 hat es gerade so gepasst. Das Schlafsofa ist bereits etwas durchgelegen, und die Einzelbetten sind für größere Personen etwas kurz und im Badezimmer wären ein paar zusätzliche Haken hilfreich gewesen.

Un apartament frumos per total. + balcon cu priveliste frumoasa, dar foarte ingust +curat +spatios + bucatarie echipata + central +2 bai cu dus + supermarket aproape + cafenea aproape +statie de autobuz aproape

- paturile sunt foarte inconfortabile, salteaua alunecoasa, perne inconfortabile - insuficiente perne de dormit in casa -in al 3 a dormitor este la mansarda, accesul se face prin scara blocului - in al 3 lea dormitor de la etaj lipsesc multe lucruri: pahare, rafturi, cuier, cafetiera, nu este strictul necesar macar. -lipsa cosurilor de gunoi in toalete - blocul este slab izolat, iar daca ai copii, probabil vei deranja vecinii - trebuie sa deschizi cu cheia de fiecare data 3 usi ca sa poti iesi afara din bloc., nu se poate fara cheie( poarta, usa blocului, usa de la intrarea apartamentului)

Gestione del check-in pessima, un interrogatorio per non gestirlo loro. Poco chiari e non disponibili, non rispondono alle mail e raccontano frottole. Gestione Pessima. Una selle camere (non era specificato) è un sottotetto non a norma e staccato dall'appartamento. Ma sono comunque stati venduti come posti letto.
