Good location but be aware of the noise

Property in the center of Rapallo which is perfect.

The private parking proposed is at 15-18’ walk. Which is too far. Being in the center the apartment gets very noisy in the evenings and mornings. Really steep stairs to get there > not conviennent for elder people.

Exceptional

The roof terrace is superb. 2nd terrace also good. All good facilities inside too including an unused big sitting room. We took chairs onto the roof to make best use. We also took airbeds which are recommended.

It Is on a main street which is actually a plus, but there is the inevitable related noise. Not a problem for us though. A lot of stairs inside and out, but where they go to makes everything worth the effort.

Great location for a stay in Rapallo

Great location, hosts available for any questions and very supportive. 3 separate rooms to stay in. Balcony with table and chairs and also rooftop available to access to give great view into the mountains.

Would have been nice for the sofa bed to be made up as it was booked for 5 however, it is not always made up at other bookings I have made.

Nice view from the roof top. In the heart of the pedestrian part of the city. Spacious. Great location for restaurants, walking along the promenade, etc. Dishwasher and washing mashine. Nice towels and shower mat. Nice interior with art on the walls

Was a bit chilly in beginnng of May to sleep without a duvet. Found dirty items in dishwasher but owner sent someone to fix the problem. The tap in the shower was broken - luckily my husband could fix it. Sponge matress of double bed not so comfortable (elasticity not good) Many pots but only one lid.

I liked the location of the apartment and the apartment itself. Very nice owner. Close to the beach and shops.

The sofa on the second floor creaked strongly. The TV did not work in the room on the first floor.

We enjoyed all our 11 days in the centre of Rapallo this Easter

Superb location in the old part of the town. Excellent roof terrace. Spacious rooms. Well equipped. Bakeries and grocery shops just a few metres from the front door ! Plenty of good restaurants close by.

Steep stairs. Difficult for the elderly or handicapped.

Malestar por no poder bañarnos !!!

No funcionó la ducha por tres días. Después de ello lo solucionaron. Nuestro contacto nos ha mencionado que nos va a hacer un reembolso de 80 Euros. Gracias y esperamos lo pactado!

Ottimo soggiorno, locatori disponibili, posizione molto buona.

Dimensioni dell'appartamento molto generose, appartamento con mobilio "datato" ma ben pulito, termoregolazione disponibile in tutte le stanze, ampia disponibilità di armadi e spazi, cucina pulita.

Scale di accesso all'appartamento molto molto strette e ripide. Parcheggi pressoché introvabili in città a qualsiasi ora, parcheggio disponibile presso locatore ma lontano da alloggio 15 minuti a piedi, piuttosto scomodo.
