Beautiful apartment close to the center of Rapallo. (East side from the city center) Don't be confused if the building looks similar to many others within sea-towns in Liguria: inside you will find a beautiful house perfectly matching styles and needs, room by room. At the 4th floor with elevator. Slightly offset from the main road, helps to avoid the caos of this town even in May (cars, bikes, trucks...a mess between 9am and 9pm). Very close to a supermarket (Coop), handy if you plan to have breakfast/lunch/dinner at home, to avoid (ish) an average of 50€ (per couple) every time you look for restaurants at the city center. We were 2 people (me and my partner) with our little dog, and for the owners was not a problem. But be fair with them: if your dog hasn't good manners ldon't let him/her destroy this little gem. Air conditioning, fridge, coffee machine, microwave oven, kitchen furnitures are there (cups, glasses, dishes, curtlery,...) as well for the bathroom with textile offered by the owners like in your usual hotel.

Nothing. Maybe just our short trip that would have been better if longer and not just 2 nights there.

Abbiamo soggiornato ad aprile in un appartamento gestito da Portofino Vacanze a Rapallo e l’esperienza è stata davvero… di quelle che ti fanno dire “ok, qui ci tornerei domani mattina senza pensarci due volte”. Già dall’inizio si capisce il livello: comunicazione via chat e whatsapp super fluida, sempre gentili, disponibili e anche molto umani (che non è così scontato quando si parla di affitti turistici). Nessuna risposta fredda o automatica, ma proprio attenzione vera. Arrivati sul posto, il check-in guidato è stato semplicissimo e organizzato benissimo. Zero stress, zero dubbi, tutto chiaro. L’appartamento poi… accogliente sul serio, non quelle finte “case da catalogo” dove non sai dove mettere una tazza. Qui invece c’era tutto: accessoriato, comodo, funzionale, in un contesto tranquillo dove si dorme bene e si respira pace. La posizione è un altro punto forte. In circa 20 minuti a piedi sei alla stazione e da lì puoi andare ovunque: Genova, Savona, le Cinque Terre… comodissimo. Il mare è davvero a due passi, e la cosa bellissima è che puoi anche partire a piedi e arrivare fino a Santa Margherita Ligure e Portofino. Una di quelle passeggiate che ti fanno dire “ma perché non vivo qui?”. Check-in e check-out perfetti, senza intoppi, con una disponibilità rara. Non c’è un parcheggio riservato, è vero, ma nelle vicinanze si trova senza drammi gratuitamente, e tutta la zona è molto tranquilla, quindi nessuna ansia da “dove lascio la macchina”. Abbiamo portato con noi una cagnetta ed è stata accolta senza alcun problema, cosa che per noi vale tantissimo. In più, dettaglio importante: la struttura ha il marchio Travel Proud per essere LGBT friendly, e posso confermarlo senza esitazioni. Accoglienza autentica, senza imbarazzi o forzature, semplicemente naturale. Da persona della comunità, è qualcosa che si percepisce subito e che fa davvero la differenza.

Nice host,nice apartment with two rooms,practical kitchen,all facilities ,5 min walking to the center,gas station,supermarket,10 minutes to the beech.

Problems with parking,even the host gave us the keys to a parking with a barrier ,all parking was full. Keys to the entrance in the block didnt work,after a few days we changed it but the new set worked very dificult.
