Newly renovated place in a good location with a balcony and a view.

Very good quality apartment, newly renovated with an attentive host. Clean. Quiet. Two separate beds, which makes it comfortable for unrelated people. Beautiful balcony with a gorgeous view of the hills. And an elevator. A good grocery store 3-4 minute walk.

The supplies were limited: toilet paper, kitchen towels, olive oil, coffee, dishwasher tablets. Suggest a bigger moka for two people. A little bit further from a train station, 20 minutes walk. Not too difficult.

Nice and relax! Beautiful area.

The owner are very nice and supportive family with warm welcome and even they purchased for us fresh delicious olive bread! Very modern and clean apartment with full equipment. Stay relax and enjoying beautiful area in Portofino, Rapallo,etc. it‘s in third floor but with elevator and good view to green mountains. Apartment is equipped with all necessary items like washing machine, dishwasher , different type of coffee makers , as well as air conditioning splits which would be needed in summer time.

Great host , good location lovely comfortable stay

Monica is a wonderful welcoming host. The apartment is clean , comfortable , well appointed. The kitchen is well equipped for preparing meals if you prefer to eat in . The location was in a quiet residential area close to train , close to city center and close to grocery stores . All walkable and we are seniors. The unit is on a 3 floor with elevator . We really enjoyed Rapallo lots to see and do nice waterfront and easy to get to Cinque Terre or other coastal communities. Would recommend and would choose again .

The check in time is the latest we experienced while traveling normally 2-3 rather than 5 pm however Monica was flexible and offered us earlier check in so don’t let what is posted discourage you from selecting Monica’s place.

Better than most.

The owner and her daughter kindly met us part way from the train station on a very wet day in January. The apartment was well appointed- as described. There was a small bar adjacent and a 'coop' shop a block away. Over all very quiet with everything we needed. We will definitely stay again if we have to return.. Flexible communication via what's app.

Be aware the block is not soundproofed. We could hear the neighbours walking about- though we were not disturbed by them. I imagine it would be noisy in season.. The tv worked fine. Though I would love non Italian speaking channels- ie satellite TV. Or bring your own catch up or firestick as we did - not a criticism but an addition to a great stay.

Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Das Appartement ist modern man fühlt sich wohl. Die Vermieterin hat uns alles erklärt und der Kontakt hat super geklappt.

Дуже затишна квартира в тихому спальному районі. Є балкон з чудовим видом на гору. У квартирі є все необхідне для комфортного перебування. Приємні господарі. Дуже зручне ліжко. Господарі залишили нам водичку і дуже смачну фокачу 😊

Très belle location, très fonctionelle et moderne, juste la cabine de douche est trop petite mais tout le reste est au top ! (climatisation, wifi, frigo, machine a laver, plaque cuisson, machines café, etc .....) Pas loin du centre de Rapallo (besoin d'une voiture quand même) Propriétaires très accueillants et disponibles pour répondre aux questions

Cabine de douche trop petite. Dommage tout le reste est parfait dans l'appartement. Sinon il n'y a aucune place de parking aux alentours. C'est tout simplement impossible de se garer, sans y passer 1 heure, ou se garer tres loin. Le propriétaire propose une place de parking pour 10 € par nuit (non sécurisé c'est à l'exterieur, à 200m de l'appart, c'est pas un garage fermé), donc on a bien été obligé de le prendre, ce qui au total nous a fait un supplement de 40 € Considérant l'obligation de prendre le supplément Parking, il me semble que le prix affiché sur Booking devrait integrer le prix du parking, ou bien il devrait etre gratuit (pour ce que c'est franchement...).

Fin leilighet. God wifi, god aircondition både i oppholdsrom og soverom, grei balkong. Grei størrelse bad, god dusj. God seng. Kjøkken ok med elektrisk komfyr, kjøleskap og oppvaskmaskin. Vaskemaskin. Kort vei til supermarked. Hyggelig vert. Store fine fjernsyn både i oppholdsrom og soverom.

Dårlig utstyrt med håndklær. Lang spasertur til sentrum, tar 15-20 min.

Apartament jest nowy, czysty oraz bardzo dobrze wyposażony, idealny na wakacje. Bardzo miła Pani gospodarz. Obiekt położony jest około 15 minut spacerem od plaży, jednak w pobliżu znajduje się dużo sklepów i wszystko co może być potrzebne.

Bardzo ładne mieszkanie w przystępnej cenie

Bardzo czyste i przytulne mieszkanie. Wyposażenie w pełni sprawne, wszystko zgodnie z opisem na bookingu. Właścicielka wraz z córką były zawsze dostępne, kiedy była potrzebna jakaś pomoc. Jak na miasto mieszkanie ma bardzo dobry widok z balkonu.
