Wonderfully clean and tidy, at the top of a very steep hill

Very clean, well maintained, parking without having to pay extra, nice decor, aircon and a good shower

The location is in a block of flats and it’s up a very steep hill with steps towards the top. Ok for us but would be a big problem to families with pushchairs, elderly or disabled.

Apartment building access is not the best if you haven’t got a car as it’s uphill from the seafront and a few steps, bring a torch.

The place is really pretty. A beautiful balcony, kitchen and bathroom. The whole place was very clean and there is an elevator/ lift in the building. 4th Floor The owner (Monica) picked us up in her car and drove us to the apartment. That was wonderful, because it was really hot and the apartment is up a hill.

Ok let me put it this way, Out of our entire 10 day vacation this was the place where we felt like home! The owners were so nice and welcoming! They came to the apartment to welcome us at 23:00 pm and went beyond our expectations to accommodate us! The location is amazing right in Rapallo with tons of space and a great terrace! Amazing view! They also have their own parking for customers!

Nice and well-equipped apartment, and the neighborhood is fine too.

The apartment is easily accessible, either by foot or by elevator from the parking lot or the street entrance. The apartment is well-equipped, offering a homely feel with everything you might need during a vacation. Efficient air conditioning, a good washing machine, shutters, and the essential WiFi are all provided. There are tea mugs and wine glasses, so everyone can find their short-term favorite. The view towards the city is beautiful, and if you're lucky, you can enjoy the moon shining over the bay and the city. Cinque Terre and Portofino are not ideal summer destinations unless you're interested in endless lines of tourist groups. We took many train trips around the area; Genoa, Camogli, and Chiavari are all easily accessible by train and have much to offer. In Rapallo, don't miss the Funivia and the Santuario Basilica Nostra Signora di Montallegro. Walking on the mountain, the view, and the local life are wonderful experiences. We would gladly return anytime; we have only good memories of the accommodation, the city, and the surroundings. Thank you!

A very comfortable apartment nicely decorated. Air con worked well. Monica was very helpful and it is a lovely walk down to town.

Exceptional

Quiet area. Very beautiful, clean, apartments. Modern renovation. A lot of space, everything is there for residence, including shampoo, hair dryer, towels. It's not hot in the apartments, we used a confectioner. The city center and the promenade are close. I also really liked the city of Rapallo. Easy access to Portofino and San Fruttuoso. Thank you, Monica, for your hospitality, we will definitely come back again. 🌹

An authentic Italian stay

Monica has been truly the most wonderful host! She came and picked up from the station and welcomed into the flat as it was our own home!! The house is in a perfect location on the hills of Rapallo only 10 min walk from the centre, immaculately clean and super well-equipped with a true sense of warmth and coziness. The views are wonderful from the balcony and we built beautiful memories in Rapallo, and Monica’s house made the whole experience even better! I truly wholeheartedly recommend staying here!

A lovely apartment, fully furnished and functional in a quiet and safe area. It has a balcony and an amazing view of the city and the sea. Charm of Rapallo

Monica greeted us with so much warmth. The apartment was in the perfect location, a bit far away from the touristy part of town but not too far. We enjoyed the balcony in the evening and for morning coffee. I hope to be back. Grazie Mille for one of the best experiences of our Italian vacation.

Very nice, comfortable apartment.

Very nice apartment with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Plenty of room, nice view from the balcony, good wifi and a good location. Monica is an excellent host. She picked us up from the train station, gave us a detailed tour of the apartment and gave us helpful tips on stores and restaurants. The apartment is an incredible value and I highly recommend it for a great stay in Rapallo.

La casa è perfetta. Arredata in stile impeccabile. Fornita del tutto necessario. La casa è su una salita tangibile su una collina (per coloro che non hanno una macchina e con valigie, non sarà facile. Dal 4 ° piano, una vista sulla città e sul mare in lontananza. Квартира безукоризненная)) полностью оборудована всем необходимым, обставлена со вкусом. Дом находится на ощутимом подъеме на холм (для тех, кто без машины и с чемоданами, будет нелегко). С 4го этажа открывается чудесный вид на город и море вдалеке.

Только в качестве совета : я бы повесила инструкцию по пользованию индукционной плитой. Исправить ошибку на сайте Booking : расстояние до пляжа указано 50 м, что не соответствует действительности, видимо, потерялся нолик)) Solo un consiglio: a qualcuno può mancare l’istruzione per l'utilizzo del forno a induzione. Bisogna Correggere un errore sul sito Web di prenotazione: la distanza dalla spiaggia è indicata 50 m, il che non è vero, a quanto pare, manca ancora uno zero))

Wunderschönes Apartment mit einer super lieben Vermieterin

Monica hat schon auf uns gewartet. (Sie hatte gebeten, dass wir 30 Minuten vor unserer Ankunft anrufen). Wir wurden sehr freundlich und herzlich empfangen. Sie hat uns gezeigt, wo der Parkplatz ist, anschließend durch das Apartment geführt und alles erklärt. Das Apartment ist sehr sehr liebevoll eingerichtet, alles ist super durchdacht (grade Kleinigkeiten, die man sonst vermisst), alles ist da und funktioniert auch. Alles blitzsauber! Es ist viel Platz (wir waren 2 Personen) und wir haben uns total wohl gefühlt.

Beaucoup d'attention et de gentilesse à notre égard. Monica parle parfaitement le français et a été très bienveillante à notre égard. Appartement très bien équipé, très propre et aménagé avec beaucoup de goût.

Accès et places de parking assez exigues. Pas facile pour un grand véhicule. Faites très attention de ne pas "frotter"si vous utilisez un véhicule surbaissé !
