La posizione dell'appartamento eccellente. Vicino alla Stazione e al centro di Rapallo. Nell'appartamento c'era il necessario pulito e pratico. Grazie allo staff per l'accoglienza e per la cortesia.

Zona comoda e il parcheggio non a pagamento si riesce a trovare avendo un po' di pazienza. È un appartamento che va bene se lo si usa come punto di appoggio ma senza confort e  con alcune mancanze. Per la nostra vacanza di una coppia,  3 notti, usata solo come appoggio è stata sufficiente ma se avete necessità in più non è funzionale.  
La cucina manca di accessori: coltelli che taglino, tagliere, ciotola per un'insalata...c'è la caffetteria ma manca la retina da mettere sul gas per poterlo preparare. Il wifi non funziona sempre bene e a noi il cellulare non prendeva molto bene. Noi siamo stati in giorni non troppo caldi ma non c'è l'aria condizionata. Manca il phon, uno stendino o i fili per appendere asciugamani da mare e l'armadio della camera è disordinato e poco fruibile. La sensazione è di poca attenzione.
