La proximité du centre ville, le parking
La climatisation n'est pas présente partout mais seulement dans le salon et 1 chambre (sur 3). Et la clim de la chambre faisait beaucoup de bruit.

God plads , hyggeligt , fantastisk placering i byen, godt udstyret køkken, espresso maskine til kapsler , vi kunne vaske tøj. Virkelig pæn og velholdt bygning ,
Uret i stuen. Vi ville gerne ha sovet i stuen men kunne ikke da uret larmede.

L'emplacement est idéal, le parking est un plus non négligeable. L'appartement est spacieux.
Il n'y a qu'une chambre qui possède la climatisation. La literie devrait être un service inclus dans l'offre de base. Nous avons dû nous acquitter d'une taxe pour arrivée tardive, alors qu'une boite à clé est disponible sur place... Le personnel a semblé moyennement sympathique, cependant cette impression est peut-être due à notre mauvaise matrice de la langue.

Central. Spacieux. Ascenseur.
Décor vieillot. 1 chaise cassée inutilisable traine sur le balcon. Vue Sur la gare: bruits la nuit. La Clim faisait un bruit assourdissant il a fallu s’en passer la nuit. Pas de draps, si vs en voulez il faut ajouter 13€ par personne + taxe de séjour Ça revient cher pour un appartement bruyant et dans son jus. Mérite quelques travaux de rénovation.
