Good location, decent space, fair value for money.

Internet never worked, car parking spot big enough only for small cars, no basics like hand soap or extra toilet paper.

Very big flat, with 3 bedrooms, a living room and two WCs. Very close to downtown. The rooms are in good condition and "sea-themed". Kitchen is well equipped and large.

Noise from the passing trains and cars was quite strong. For me it was ok, but someone sensitive to sound might find this disturbing.

The location is great. The apartment was roomy, and had tons of storage. There was everything we needed. It also has a lot of balcony space. The decorations are okay, but a little too touristic.

The management company that handles the bookings failed at just about every step. I said I would arrive between 5 and 6. They told me to go to an address (not the apartment). I was driving, and they did not tell me the address was in a pedestrian zone. I got to the office at 5:40 and nobody was there. They had a phone number on the door with instructions in Italian only. I did get a call from them, and was told someone would be at the office in five minutes. When I got to the office there were two other people waiting for their keys. We got the keys, and the staff member told me he would "What'sApp" the instructions to me. I don't use What'sApp, and downloading the app over my cell phone at international rates and speeds could have taken forever, so he texted me seven pictures, which were helpful, except that I could not get to the pictures from the garage, and the assigned spot is not numbered or otherwise marked. When we got into the apartment, I followed the instructions to get the WiFi working, except that it did not work. I texted almost immediately, and got no response until the next afternoon, when we were in Cinque Terre. He asked me to text the information for a card in the WiFi equipment box, which of course was not with me. When we got back late, I looked, and there was no card in the WiFi box, so I sent him everything I could. He did not respond until the next day. In short, we never had working WiFi.

The place was great value for the money. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. The balconies are especially a plus

To piękny apartament z pięknym widokiem z okien. Dom musiał należeć do pasjonata morza i marynistyki dzięki czemu można poczuć się w nim jak w muzeum. Przepiękne obrazy i inne elementy marynistyczne są wszędzie. Nie brakuje też mebli okrętowych i pamiątek pochodzących ze statków. To miejsce to żywa lekcja historii. Spaliśmy w okrętowych łóżkach! Oprócz tego jest kuchnia i dwie łazienki. Wszędzie duuuużo miejsca. Idealnie dla naszej 7 osobowej załogi. Jest też miejsce parkingowe co jest bardzo ważne we Włoszech.

Wszystko się podobało.

Locatie voor dagtripjes en hapje eten ed top. Wij hadden deze accommodatie voor 3 nachten geboekt, waren met 2 stellen en zo’n appartement met 2 badkamers is dan ideaal. Alles wat je nodig hebt is voorhanden en het was weliswaar wat gedateerd qua sanitair ed, maar wel schoon. Balkon is smal aan de keuken-/slaapkamer kant (moet je naast elkaar zitten), maar bij de woonkamer een wat vierkanter balkon. Airco alleen in woonkamer en in 1 slaapkamer. Eerste nacht geprobeerd om in de andere slaapkamer met de balkondeur open te slapen, maar dat is geen succes door de ongelooflijke herrie vd treinen. Treinstation ligt erg dichtbij. Het kantoortje waar je de sleutel op moest halen ligt in een straatje waarin je alleen lopend in kan. Er is 1 Garageplaats beschikbaar.

De herrie van de treinen was best heftig. Garageplaats (1, andere auto moet elders parkeren) in het souterrain is fijn, maar is niet heel ruim en meer berekend op een Fiat 500 dan op een SUV 😉.

1 seule place de voiture, alors que l'on réserve pour 7 🤔 et cata pour trouver une autre place pour l'autre voiture qui ne soit pas réservée aux résidents ou limite a 2 heures

Central. Spacieux. Ascenseur.

Décor vieillot. 1 chaise cassée inutilisable traine sur le balcon. Vue Sur la gare: bruits la nuit. La Clim faisait un bruit assourdissant il a fallu s’en passer la nuit. Pas de draps, si vs en voulez il faut ajouter 13€ par personne + taxe de séjour Ça revient cher pour un appartement bruyant et dans son jus. Mérite quelques travaux de rénovation.

Posizione super centrale

Non c'era nemmeno un sapone per le mani, e la vasca e la doccia non erano pulitissime.

Nära till centrum, affärer, havet. Super stor lägenhet.

Parkeringen, väldigt brant backe för att komma in i garaget. När man ska hämta nycklarna är tipset att parkera bilen vid stationen gå sedan till upphämtnings platsen då den ligger i ZTL-zon vilket vi inte fick till oss.

Todo excelente. 2 baños completos, lavaropas, limpio, excelente ubicacion. Personal excelente. Todo perfecto!

Proche du centre et de la gare. La place de stationnement est un vrai plus même si les manœuvres dans le garage ne sont pas simples. Pour le second véhicule, avec un peu de patience, nous l’avons stationné sur le parking gratuit à côté de l’appartement. Logement spacieux, propre (sauf la vaisselle), fonctionnel et bonne literie. Nous avons payé 2,50 euros pour la taxe de séjour (par jour et par personnes y compris les enfants) pour 2025.

Tutto bellissimo. Posizione comoda e vicinissima al mare.Appartamento enorme e confortevole,riscaldato con tutto ciò che può servire anche per soggiorni più lunghi.Mattia è stato gentilissimo e ci ha accolti con simpatia e massima disponibilità nonostante fosse il giorno di Pasqua. Grazie Consigliatissimo.

Essendo in 5 abbiamo apprezzato l'appartamento grande e la posizione: vicino al centro, a pochi passi dalla stazione e dalla funivia che porta al santuario di Montallegro. La presenza del garage condominiale e dell'ascensore sono sicuramente una comodità. Cucina fornita di tutti gli utensili. Nonostante la vicinanza alla stazione lo abbiamo trovato molto silenzioso.

È stato tutto di nostro gradimento. Il nostro soggiorno è stato breve e l'unica cosa che segnalo è che ci avrebbe fatto piacere trovare 4 cialde per poter usare la macchinetta del caffè che è a disposizione nell'appartamento.

L'appartamento grande e pulito, la vicinanza al centro.

Il ritiro delle chiavi al centro di Rapallo (con ricerca di un parcheggio in pieno agosto) Assenza di Ricevuta (mi hanno detto che devo richiederla a Booking ... mai successo ) Il parcheggio stretto per un suv. Il prezzo di un lenzuolo matrimoniale (quindi per due persone) € 16.00 + 1 set asciugamani € 5.00 per una notte. La mancanza di aria condizionata in due camere Totale assenza di set di cortesia (sapone , shampoo) In frigo neanche 1 bottiglietta di acqua Bagni un po' datati

El departamento

La recepción no nos atendía y tuvimos que esperar con las valijas en la calle. Además nos dieron una bolsa con las sábanas y toallas que transportamos por la calle mas de 500 mts de a pie( somos personasde mas de 60 años y estábamos cansados) ,tampoco habia jabon en lis baños. ( poco interes en alquilar)
