A környék hangulatos volt, hozta az olaszos életérzést, pezsgést, kultúrát. Nagyon tetszett a kikötő, a pálmafák, a sós, mediterrán levegő. A lakás szépségét a zöld zsalús ablakok adták, a mozaikberakású padló, a kényelmes, tágas szobák. Nagyon jó fekvésű a lakás, közel a part, a városközponr és a vasút is.

La vicinanza ai servizi, soprattutto supermercato e stazione, ma anche al centro città e mare, l'ampiezza dei locali, la cortesia dei responsabili e la possibilità di parcheggio poco distante dall'immobile

Climatisation limitée à une seule pièce et en extrémité de logement, non efficace pour la plupart des pièces. Difficultés pour se garer à proximité, en particulier pour décharger la voiture (parking proposé un peu loin) .
