Terrible and rude service! Would not deal with this property.

Location

The owners or manager have been extremely rude and unhelpful. To get the keys you have to answer lots of questions. it was not ideal or helpful! They take a 30 euro deposit which they say is non refund even though there was no damage and it does not state this on the booking site!

Perfect accomodation for groups in Rapallo center.

Close to the train station, close to city center, 5 mins to the coast, superb apartments with fully equipped kitchen. Modern bathroom, large bedrooms. We rented 3 apartments for our team, the biggest was a very nice rooftop apartment with small terraces, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, and a large living room.

One of our bedroom had 2 small (spare) beds.

Location was very close to the historic part of the city and beach. It was under the bus terminal and a couple of minutes from train station. Understandably there was some noise as youd expect so take some ear plugs if youre a light sleeper.

Good position, close to shops, park, sea ect..

After booked the flat with Booking, the landlord email us an extra tax to pay before to arrive at the flat. (30 € for damage, 120 € for towels and bedsheets laundry, 22.50 € € city tax ). Booking didn’t mentioned extra payments. We left the flat today 30/08, soon after the landlord email us saying to leave a 10 stars on Booking and to do not leave less than 10 stars because is a negative feedback for them, so they prefer to do not receive it. Well, this attitude is totally wrong, I valued my stay for what really was and not for what people tell me to do.

Checkin, additional breakages charge, several broken things like door on kitchen unit, crack in shower tray, dishwasher didn't work, balcony door difficult to open and close.

The appartment is very central and cute! Rappalo is a small cute village nearby portofino! Loved our stay and would go back anytime!

Loved it. Definate value for money.

The location is close to all amenities. Railway station shopping precinct etc. Modern lift to access the apartment. Spacious kitchen and living area with large bathroom and two bedrooms recently renovated. Host was very amiable. Would definitely recommend.

A toaster and electric kettle would be handy. Road noise can be a little annoying in early morning.

Fint sted, men svært uryddig håndtering av betaling og registrering fra utleier

God beliggenhet og fine leiligheter (vi reiste med en annen familie, og hadde to tilliggende leiligheter)

Før ankomst må alle gjester registreres via en online løsning utleier har laget selv. Den fungerer dårlig, og feiler ved forsøk på å laste opp kopi av legitimasjon. Verre er det at stedet krever depositum på 300 euro, som kun står nevnt i husreglene. Parallelt tilbys du en «alternativ løsning», nemlig å betale 30 euro i såkalt forsikring. Utleier ville ikke møte oss, og vi fikk heller ikke kvittering for overført beløp for denne forsikringen ei heller turistskatt, noe vi vil tro de er pliktige til. Det hele gir en dårlig følelse, og ikke noe vi vil oppleve igjen.
