L'appartamento si trova in prossimità della stazione dei treni e quindi molto comodo per visitare in treno Genova e le Cinque Terre

Il pregio maggiore è avere il parcheggio anche se a pagamento, cifra risibile e assolutamente accettabile. L'appartamento è molto grande con anche un piccolo giardino. Si trova vicino alla stazione, centro e fermata autobus massimo 5/6 minuti a piedi
La cucina ha un piano induzione con un solo fuoco questo rende difficilmente usufruibile da una famiglia. Per il resto sono inezie come qualche pentola in più che non guasta e una cura maggiore nei piccoli dettagli

Appartamento splendido, nuovissimo e pulitissimo. Aria condizionata diffusa in tutte le stanze. Cucina ben fornita e confortevole. Posizione comoda per centro/mare/stazione. Proprietario gentilissimo e disponibile. Parcheggio protetto da cancello elettrico.
