Гарне розташування. Все дуже близько: пляж, порт і магазини/кафе. Є правильна машинка і засоби для прання.
Відсутність кондиціонера в 40 градусну спеку. Є вентилятори, але один з них майже не працював, а той, що працював, не справлявся. Дуже раннє виселення (10.00) і без компромісів у проханні виселитись хоча б об 11. Не було кавомашини навіть маленької. Ціна зависока за все вищесказане.
