La posizione centralissima e davvero comoda per raggiungere spiagge e attività. Molto utile l'essersi potuti appoggiare ad un'autorimessa a 10 euro al giorno (distante circa 1 km dall'appartamento), sebbene abbiamo preferito non usare praticamente mai la macchina per il gran caos cittadino.
Il condizionatore non è sufficiente per climatizzare l'appartamento (un pinguino de Longhi); in aggiunta abbiamo utilizzato dei ventilatori già presenti ma la notte avevamo caldo. Alcuni dettagli dell'appartamento non erano curati e si staccavano. Servirebbero inoltre alcuni utensili da cucina in più (coltelli taglienti, spremiagrumi...).
