Appartamento SOLARIUM

Apartamento super comodo, al lado de la estación y a unos minutos andando de la playa. Todo estaba super limpio y cuidado al detalle. La anfitriona, Lea, fue encantadora, dandonos recomendaciones locales; y dejando café, galletas y demás para desayunar. Parking en el mismo edificio. Super recomendable!

Todo fue bien

Tolles, gut ausgestattetes Appartement mit 2 Schlafzimmern, Wohnbereich und perfekt ausgestatter Küche. Badezimmer mit Dusche. Super sauber und perfekt sofort im Geschehen zu sein. Wir waren mit dem Auto da, und fanden sofort einen Parkplatz auf Info von Lea (Vermieterin).

Es gibt 3 kleine Balkone von denen ein toller Blick auf die Bahnstation „Rapallo“ stattfindet. Der Zugverkehr verbindet die ganze Region, also hört man das ganze Geschehen und es gibt ein Stromversorgungs-Agregat gegenüber, das man ausblenden muss! Das haben wir gemacht.

The owner (Lea) was very accommodating to arrival and departure times. I did not really use the kitchen facilities but the coffee machine was perfect.... with a limited amount of capsules supplied. Definitely ask Lea for recommendations on things to do and see and make sure you have dinner at Armida 1905. I stayed in Rapallo in order to visit Portofino and I'm glad I did...two/three hours in Portofino is more than enough. Although lovely it is stupidly expensive and no better than surrounding towns where you can enjoy excellent accommodation and food at half the price. And all the nonsense about train noise in the apartment?.... didn't disturb me at all!!

Eine sehr schöne Wohnung im 2. OG mit sehr guter Raumaufteilung für 4 Erwachsene. Beide Schlafzimmer und das Wohnzimmer verfügen jew. über einen Balkon. Kaffeekapseln, Tee, Wasser, Spül-/Waschmaschinenmittel, Duschzeug etc. vorhanden. Es handelt sich über eine voll eingerichtete Wohnung. Auf jedem Nachtkastl sind Oropax hinterlegt, die auf jeden Fall benötigt werden. Vom Balkon ist der Bahnhof sichtbar. Auch bei geschlossenen Fenstern ist der Bahnhof zu hören. Unkompliziertes und persönliches Checkin.
