Spacious and bright
Unable to connect to wifi after asking owner repeatedly over several hours upon arrival, and they had an attitude when “helping” me. Also door looked like it had been broken into before

The location is good, close to the port and walking distance to the center/train station (also big supermarket close by). The host was very responsive and the instructions were clear — easy check-in
The apartment was missing some basic equipment such as a microwave, a kettle, dish towels, and welcome products like shower gel or shampoo. The electrical installation seemed unsafe, with sockets coming out of the walls. The cleaning was very basic and needs improvement – the towels provided were supposed to be clean, but unfortunately, they had many hairs on them. In the bathroom, it would be useful to have more hooks and a shower curtain.

Very nice and cosy apartment, in a good location in rapallo. Owners sent a very detailed way of finding the location as well.
AC unit was dodgy, the door seemed to have been broken by the hinge before and when checking in, the door had a confusing lock mechanism
