Avoid! Run!

Good breakfast

Rooms with bad view to the garbage location. Lot of noise from kitchen into the rooms. Disrespectfull personal ( -Please I need soap! -After 7 pm somebody my coleague will bring it to you. - I will need before 7 pm, now is it 2 pm. - it' s not my problem.)

We’re planning to return!

lovely owners. you can tell they take pride in their “home.”. For a four star resort, they serve 5 star food— with a little treat from the chef before each meal. You must try the chocolate mousse, the goulash with crème fresh, the snitzel is amazing, pumpkin risotto, gnocchi (they brought my Italian husband seconds like he was family), French onion soup and the glugwine. Their New Years meal was top as well — their fillet of beef was tender. I hope you enjoy this hotel as much as we did.

Exceptional

The beef filet was grandious as well as all other food served. We really liked the spa area. Staff was really friendly.

Maybe it was due to corona rearrangements, sometimes it seemed a little disorganized. Food from another room on our bill, lunch pack could not be found. Several times asked twice to order food. Nothing serious as everything was solvable and staff was really friendly.

Overpriced. Nothing in Saanenmoser but 3 hotels and ski lift - have to drive 10-15 mins to get to a decent restaurant or cafe.

J ai adore la chambre et la literie L accueil fabuleux

Le bar, car quand vous venez, il n'y a pas de serveurs, il faut tout le temps demander. Le service au restaurant était déplorable... Ils ne vous servent même pas l'eau, ils déposent la bouteille sur la table. Pour avoir la carte des vins, vous devez la demander... Et quand vous avez choisi, vous devez encore demander plusieurs fois qu'on vienne. Ensuite, on ne vous explique même pas où se trouve le buffet de salades. Vous allez au buffet et il n'y a plus qu'une sauce à salade sur les trois... donc encore un truc négatif... Franchement hyper déçu du service, et ils étaient tellement stressés, tu ne peux même pas apprécier le calme, sans parler du serveur qui parle dans sa barbe et qu'il n'en a même pas. Au moins le plat etait très bon

Chambre ne correspondait pas à la description de Booking.com qui précisait que la chambre comprenait 2 fauteuils comme on pouvais le voir sur la photo qui décrivait la chambre et qui précisait une surface de 21 m2 , surface que je met en doute. D’autres part la literie n’était pas bonne et ne correspondait vraiment pas à un hôtel de cette catégorie.

Ce fut un super séjour détente avec la beauté des montagnes et le festival country Gstaad 2025 était génial!

L’accueil, le petit-déjeuner et la fondue le soir dans le chalet faisant partie de l’hôtel et la possibilité de venir et de se promener avec nos deux petits chiens 😍

Les prix étaient assez élevés pour nous et j’avais prévu 15.-/jour et par chien comme c’était indiqué sur booking mais on nous a facturé 20.-/jour et par chien

Das Frühstück war sehr gut, allerdings kann am Sonntag nur bis 10:30 gefrühstückt werden, das ist meiner Meinung nach zu kurz Mein Zimmer war klein aber sauber und schallgedämmt (direkt neben dem Gebäude verläuft eine Strasse mit Verkehr Die Aussicht auf die Berge vom Restaurant aus ist grandios Das Hotel ist sehr gepflegt und makellos sauber, so muss es sein

Zu kurze Zeit um zu frühstücken an einem Sonntag, um 10:30 schliesst das Büffet Der Empfang bei meiner Ankunft war etwas bizarr, keine Begrüssung obwohl ich einen Gruss aussprach. Das Hotel ist sehr verwinkelt für manche Gäste könnte es schwierig sein das Zimmer zu finden

Plutôt un hôtel d’hiver que de plein été

Pour certaines choses c’est proche du 5 étoiles. Nous avions une grande chambre avec une vue magnifique au parterre. La terrasse du restaurant est agréable et l’endroit est paisible mais proche de la gare. On peut se balader le long du ruisseau. Le personnel est aimable et la cuisine excellente.

Il a fait très chaud dans la chambre à notre arrivée sans climatisation et sans ventilateur. Être au parterre a été un désavantage avec le chien car on ne pouvait pas laisser la porte fenêtre ouverte. La piscine intérieure n’apporte aucune fraîcheur pendant la canicule hélas. En gros on ne savait pas où se reposer.
