Warm and Enjoyable Stay

The Hotel met our expectations. The atmosphere was warm, and the owners were welcoming, making us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived. The hotel is well located and perfect for enjoying everything Gstaad has to offer. Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay and would happily return.

Fabulous stay in Gstaad

Reception was great as was room. I slept well and breakfast was great especially the coffee best I had in Switzerland in any of my visits.

I don’t have any complaints. Nothing was negative.

No body wash / shampoo to use Broken hand wash dispenser in bathroom, questionable contents in container - watery consistency Lack of spare pillows, pillows on bed very flat had to use own from our car!!!

Breakfast was excellent. A choice of hot and also continental breakfast was made available. The room and balcony was gorgeous and extremely clean and cozy. We also really appreciated that the woman allowed us to check in earlier than expected. Would definitely stay here again

I stayed there for two nights because all other places were all booked out.

I liked the nice walks around the hotel; clean air, local shop keepers were polite. I liked the coffee at the hotel.

Out of date furniture, dusty carpets, no wi fi in rooms, no fridge in the room (one cannot put his/her medication and soft drinks in a fridge). The evacuation procedure is in German. It could be a safety issue.

The hotel and the room are very spacious, very clean, and although 15min walking from the Center, it’s a good value for money
