Super hotel in beautiful Saanen.

Breakfast was at the hotel which is part of the hotel - a very good restaurant, and the breakfast was very good. The rooms are very comfortable and relatively roomy, bathrooms as well, The hotel itself is in a very quiet neighborhood, with good restaurants, a grocery, and shopping all nearby. Very east to walk around town, close to the Saanen train station. Great place to stay.

Very attractive corner room. Very comfortable bed. Big fluffy towels. Small but powerful shower and nice toiletries. Convenient location for station and village

Magical! The people, the place (Saanen and Gstaad) lived up to my expectations.

The Location was perfect. A stone throw away from Saanen railway station - pharmacy and local shops around the corner. A beautiful place in a stunning little village. The most amazing lady at reception Marija - so helpful and a joy to speak with.

This is minor but i wish they had a toaster (but that’s just me, force of habit, needing toast in the morning Otherwise they have lovely spread for breakfast

I attended a concert of the Gstaad Menuhin Festival - An interesting option in the Alps!!

Clean, comfortable hotel in an excellent location in the center of Saanen. It has a good restaurant and outside terasse in the enjoyable pedestrian center, surrounded by magnificent ancient buildings. Service was friendly and there was a good variety of food. Breakfast was plentiful. The building it self is not particularly noteworthy but is clean and functional.

Nothing in particular. Parking is easily found nearby (zone is pedestrian). Parking is easy once you get the method! You can park in several different places. Free from 8 to 12 and 14 to 18H but dealing with the machines is not always easy - You have to identify your car and pay with change only during the paying periods. You are credited with 15 hours to start with if you park outside the paying hours. A little distraction, but essentially makes parking cheap!!

Breakfast in the hotel was excellent as well as the dinners (two) in the hotel restaurant. Very friendly service.

Maybe some earlier guest had had pets in the room, anyhow I got light allergic reaction from the room

Warm and welcoming hotel in Saneen!

The staff was very kind, warm and welcoming - this was really the highlight of our stay.

The rooms are not soundproof, but this is unfortunately quite common in Switzerland, so I would not consider it as a serious disadvantage. the hotel is still certainly worth a stay!
