Lovely stay in gorgeous Gstaad!

Location and rooms lovely. Decor beautiful and very spacious. Breakfast was ok. I think for a hotel of this calibre, breakfast could be better. Staff were wonderful and attentive and super helpful.

It's an athmospheric hotel right on the main drag of Gstaad - in between all the fashion brand glitz stores.

The staff were a little on the cool or very relaxed side - I would have expected more professional service at such a property.

Impeccable

The decor was so unique and beautiful. Their attention to detail is on another level. Everyone is always so welcoming and it’s one of favorite places to stay in Switzerland. We really enjoyed our super relaxing weekend!

Nice location, very good restaurant. But terrible room

Great location. Good breakfast. However the room was terrible. 30 degrees centrigrades all the time with no possibilities to reduce temperature. Both of us did not manage to sleep and we got terrible headache.

The room we got is uninhabitable during warm summerdays.
