It was my 3rd time to stay at the Mansard but would stay again

Central location and polite staff

Someone in the next room was smoking at night and the smoke came into my room. The rooftop bar was not open

Total dissatisfaction and disappointment

Location

It is a junior suite! But little space between bed & cupboard. Bathroom electric curtain not working. The receptionist solution was to cover this way. And after the second day they could not fix it so they decided to close it permanently without our consent or apology!! The bathroom door doesn’t close perfectly so anyone passing or opening the room door can see the person sitting on the toilet seat. This junior suite has no balcony & bathtub, only small windows were during snow you can’t see anything even if it is opened. When passing through the front desk during my 4 days three nights stay, they avoid eye contact and don’t say bonjour or good morning, even if I say it , sometimes I get a respond and sometimes not. The bed sheet had a juice drip, the housekeeping did not change the bed sheets, only wiped it! And never changed during my stay!!!The swiss level of hospitality and hotelier services is totally missing. I stayed in this hotel last year everything was so much better. This year is a total disaster.

Heaven on Earth

The Mansard is a stunningly beautiful yet cozy boutique hotel. The staff's service is top-notch. And yes, Santal 33, thanks to the air conditioning... heavenly.

Very nice but ….

Nice location - close to station and Main Street. Nice decor in rooms and bar/dining. Super staff - very friendly and attentive. Very clean.

Room noisy (202) as it was overlooking Coop supermarket and its car park. No air con so need windows open when hot which is when noise is an issue. Breakfast OK. Selection of fresh fruit and cereals/nuts etc could have been better.

A feel of Gstaad Boutique Luxury

location was EXCELLENT !!! right in the centre of Gstaad, can walk the full town easily, a coop just outside hotel. also the train station is very close. we drove to the hotel and parked in their basement parking for a 16 franc fee per night. hotel was gorgeous, luxurious, the spa was lovely, they have a red light sauna which was great. rooftop bar served great drinks and great views of the gorgeous town. special mention to Jennifer at the front desk, she was lovely. the bathrooms were big , I enjoyed the space, great showers, warm water . breakfast did al a carte eggs, which was great.

Maybe adding on a small functional Gym would be a great idea. a swimming pool as well if possible.

Estadia excelente e lugar aconchegante.

Localização muito boa e acomodações bem confortáveis. Apartamento muito em ordem e camas e chuveiro muito bons. Funcionários muito atenciosos.

Acho que fez falta a recepção 24h, alguns amenities no banheiro como touca de banho e o café da manhã estava incluído mas cobravam pelo suco de laranja, o que achei estranho. O rroftop poderia ficar aberto a noite e ser melhor explorado e também ter uma decoração mais aconchegante.

Mitten in Gstaad

Neues schönes Hotel mit Tiefgarage und rooftop Bar (die leider noch nicht geöffnet war). Gut gelegen am Anfang der Promenade und schmackhaftes Frühstücksbuffet. Das Abendessen ausgezeichnet und das Zimmer mit Balkon sehr praktisch (Steckdosen/Lichtschalter/Kleiderschränke/ etc.)

Das Personal ist sehr nett, spricht jedoch kein Deutsch. Etwas unerwartet in der Schweiz. Die Preise sind für die Nebensaison im oberen Preissegment.

Top Lage - sehr stylisches Hotel

Top Hotel an bester Lage, sehr hundefreundlich, es wird ein sehr schönes Hundebett inkl. Leckerlis bereitgestellt. Die Tiefgarage befindet sich im UG des Hotels, was sehr angenehm ist. Die Mitarbeiter sind fröhlich und sehr zuvorkommend. Die Badezimmer sind mit grossen, weichen Duschtüchern ausgestattet und wir fanden die Pflegeprodukte toll. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder und können das Hotel wärmstens empfehlen.

Neues Hotel welches mit dem Zug oder dem Auto ideal erreichbar ist. Komfortable Zimmer mit weicher, flauschiger Bett-, Frotteewäsche & Bademantel. Wunderbarer Treppenaufgang (ich bewege mich gerne) zu den Zimmern.

Ich mags nicht, wenn ich beim Frühstück CHF 12.00 für einen frischen Orangensaft bezahlen sollte (welcher Geschäftsführer kommt auf solch eine Idee?) Zudem sollten die Brötchen etc. frisch (Bäcker) sein und nicht aufgebacken sein. Hintergrundsmusik beim Frühstück ist Geschmackssache. Mir wars zu laut und die "Songs" nicht was mir gefällt.

Bel endroit à recommander !

Accueil compétent et service de chambre impeccable. Très jolie chambre avec balcon; plateau avec eau minérale offerte, ainsi que des cafés et thés à disposition, sans oublier deux paquets d’amandes sucrées et salées. Un bon de 30 CHF par jour est fourni dans le cadre de consommations prises dans l’hôtel. L’hôtel est décoré avec goût. Possibilité d’aller sur le roof top en journée et en soirée avec vue imprenable sur les montagnes et le village.

Le service du petit-déjeuner et sur le roof top est un peu lent. Les chambres sont bien insonorisées, mais si la fenêtre est ouverte, les bruits de la rue et des voisins peuvent être incommodants. Dommage que l’on doive quitter l’hôtel à 11:00. Généralement, dans les autres établissements de ce type, on peut occuper sa chambre jusqu’à midi.

Rooftop-Restaurant war sehr gut. Essen, Ambiente etc.

Zimmer etwas klein. Keine Aussicht, Einsicht von Nachbargebäude.. Enge Situation beim Frühstücks-Buffet. Eierspeisen fettig. Angebot klein und unübersichtlich. Daher Preis-Leistungsverhältnis nicht top.

Très belle décoration pour cet hôtel tout neuf et moderne, emplacement top, personnel très sympathique!

Un point faible et assez important il manque la climatisation dans les chambres! Il faudra absolument investir dans l’air conditionné en suisse!
