Exceptional, staying here is a must!

it was well situated clean and luxurious. it was fully equipped beyond our expectations. we wish we would have stayed longer. We would definitely stay again. the staff were very professional and polite anticipating all of our needs. it was absolutely exceptional. They provided transportation and even offered to drive us to Saanen. we took train anyway just for experience. but the offer was much appreciated. It was the best part of our 5 city trip.

service was really incredible. young staff but calm and pleasant. one might feel a little too much, too much attention, but at least for me they made it right beautiful decoration, bar, spa, stairs. remarkable of beauty

the orange juice at breakfast was average - did not seem fresh or maybe cut with some average type of juice. that is all I can find
