Great stay in an excellent location.

Overall the hotel was quality and in a great location.

Maybe it's the Gstaad vibe but I feel some staff could be friendlier to the guests and towards each other.

Top 4 star hotel & its restaurants. A must!

Location, staff, restaurants: location at beginning of Promenade, next to train station (train takes 10-14 min to ski) Staff: friendly & helpful Restaurants: all 4 restaurants top quality; Swiss. Mediterranean merits a Michelin star, Chinese outstanding, Italian/pizza - best thin crust pizza A note on ski: Saanenmöser 10. -14 min by train then 4 min walk to gondola

Highly recommended, can't wait to stay again during the ski season.

Excellent location on the main street where the cow parade, shepherd parade and choirs took place, good breakfast buffet, Nepresso machine in the room with great assortment of complimentary capsules, very friendly and helpful staff.

A bit pricier than expected but it was worth it as we did an almost last minute reservation

Great location in Gstaad

Location was great. Staff was super friendly and helpful. My favorite was the kitten napkins and placemats at breakfast. Olga in the restaurant was very friendly.

Very nice and comfy overnight in Gstaad

Ideally located near Gstaad main station, very friendly staff - I was traveling with my bicycle and the staff went out of their way to make sure the bicycle was safely stored for the night. Also the spa was great, heated pool, sauna and steam room were top notch !

Bed mattress was super hard. It’s impossible to sleep if you have a back issue. 15min too late check out was charged with a 80CHF fee. It’s definitely not worth the money. Rather pay more to have better comfort.

Rooms are really nice, spacious and their house keeping is very good. Although their breakfast spread is less but their food taste and preparation is excellent. Further we really liked Bernerhof restaurants food quality & taste much better than the other nearby restaurants.
