Great location in the heart of Gstaad.

The hotel is to the south of the center of town but only a 5 minute flat walk to the restaurants, shopping, skating rink, etc. Exceptionally clean and well maintained. The Panorama Room was very quiet and spacious, with a great view. The breakfast was varied. The mezzanine lounge was a great place for a drink or to read a book. Both restaurants were excellent quality with very attentive and professional staff. The lobby bar was cozy.

The spa hours were limited and required an intercom to enter. The rooms do not have a key card but an antiquated key system. Although, the breakfast buffet was excellent quality, it didn't vary for the whole week. Odd stair configuration with many tripping hazards. The kids' play area in the basement looked like an afterthought.

Everything was perfect. I was told the spa was a fully naked area, but I saw people were using the facility in their swimming suits and shorts.

A SHORT FAMILY STAY IN GSTAAD

Everything was good. The location of the Hotel was perfect - both quiet and very near to the main market street.The room was good . The room was good and comfortable . The Breakfast was elaborate and the staff courtesy and service was extraordinary. Would like to appreciate the services of Angelina and No in the Restaurant.

We stayed in the Family room . The washroom door was frosted glass and was almost see-through. With the children staying along , this should be taken care of by putting an opaque door.

Nice hotel with traditional elements. Clean, nicely located. Friendly pick up (shuttle), friendly staff at breakfast. Spacious room.

The spa area needs to be renovated, which i was informed was already in process (beware of the slippery floor). Generally very friendly staff, but 2 particularly very unfriendly ones, one insisted to speak french, which luckily I do (which she didnt know), but the other guests didnt and it was as clear that we were speaking EN or German together. After waiting quite a bit at the reception, the woman insisted in continuing the work at the computer, it almost seemed on purpose and that she was angry because we were disturbing her, some similar behavior happened when checking in. First time I experienced this behavior in Gstaad and its a shame to put the hotel in the shade. Somewhat disorganized check in. I hope they review some of the staff’s behavior as Id love to come again, but this time I’d prefer to feel welcome.

Absolutely fabulous and I will definitely be back!

The rooms were very comfortable and I slept very well in the very comfortable bed. But the best was the service and the fabulous staff, from the driver who picked us up at the airport to the receptionist to the staff at breakfast- they were all exceptionally helpful. My sister was working early in the morning in the lobby and they came up to her on their own without her asking, and offered coffee. That’s the kind of thoughtful staff they have.

Lovely hotel in great location.

Beautiful room. Very spacious. The food was delicious and breakfast great. All the staff were very friendly. Secure parking bonus .

The room was quite hot so in future we would be sure to book a room with air-con.

Great location next to the village centre. Decent breakfast and helpful staff. The hotel has a nice guest lounge if you have a small room for a break out area. The hotel offers a free pick up service from the station if you have luggage and has parking underneath . The better rooms are the larger ones with balcony , so pay more the upgrade if you can . Stayed for 10 days to visit my son at the local school during the busiest time of year being mid -feb .

Not much for the price range for a 3.5- 4 star hotel . It is decent value when comparing against the very expensive local 5 star hotels

Fabulous, I loved this hotel, it was the best one in its class I stayed in in Switzerland.

Comfortable lounge area and really cute bar. Room facilities including water, tea selection, aromatic bathing soaps, face towels and moisturizer were great coming off the mountain, as was the wellness centre with spa and sauna facilities. Room had everything needed for a comfortable stay.

Price of alcoholic drinks made it too expensive to enjoy the bar.

Just suggested that breakfast needs to be more multi cultural, it was pure English breakfast though it was very healthy and nutritional.

We’ve booked a family room and the sofa was not that comfortable, they helped us and made it much more comfortable. Thank you staff!! The breakfast was amazing, the refurbished rooms were also so chic. everything was clean and the hotel was relaxing.

The billard must not be charged. I mean they could do better and provide a free of charge billard game if they even provide some entertainment like that.

all was very nice, breakfast excellent, room nice and calm, good wine list, food super there were reconstruction of some rooms in place, but done but very elegant and quite way without disturbing guests
