The best staff and service in a wonderful place.

Awesome staff, friendly helpful and genuinely interested in helping us get the most from our stay in Gstaad. From the warm smiles and exceptional service to the wonderful rooms the whole experience here was the highlight of our trip over from New Zealand.

Amazing location in the main street. Very charming hotel, Swiss chalet style rooms. Service was so friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay there again and highly recommend. Also very nice breakfast

Fantastic place to be in Gstaad, the property extension with a lift and great suites is a plus. Great staff as always. Feeling like home.

The best hotel on the Promenade in Gstaad!!

What a delightful hotel right in the centre of Gstaad in the pedestrian only zone. Fabulous interior decor of public spaces and bedroom/ ensuite. Very helpful and friendly staff. Excellent extensive breakfast. Unfortunately restaurant closed on a Wednesday so we couldn't eat dinner the hotel. Parking available on reservation. Guest card issued at check-in giving good discount including the local train which we used.

Staff, cleanliness of the Hotel, restaurant, breakfast and location were all exceptional!. I loved the traditional style of the building as well. The hotel restaurant and dinner experience was also exceptional. We will be back, and book only at this hotel.

Additional pillows would be nice to add to the bedding.

Posthotel Rossli is a lovely hotel in Gstaad. The location is perfect, the room is super comfortable with plenty of wardrobe space and the staff is super nice. Would be happy to come back soon!

A great spot in Gstaad

The house is nice and charming. Staff is friendly. We booked a family room for 5 people that was just excellent. Comfortable and beautiful, a place you could stay for hours. Food in the restaurant and breakfast were both great too.

Great stay in a very cozy, clean and friendly Hotel

The Hotel is a very traditional, family run property right in the centre of Gstaad. Since there is no traffic in this zone, the night was very quiet and peaceful. The service was very personal and professional. The food is excellent.

An excellent hotel with excellent staff

Great staff, I had a 8months old puppy and everyone of the staff helped to teach the dog to climb and come down the stairs. Soo helpful and comprehensive as my little ones where running all over the place. Excellent breakfast too.

It’s an old hotel and this one can’t change unless u rebuild it. So when u walk it does make some noise but only on 1st floor and luckily under is the reception so it doesn’t disturb. Didn’t here people above nor neighbors although hotel was full.
