Very friendly owner & staff. Great breakfast and very good restaurant (Asian food). It’s true the building is quite old and bathrooms simple and small, but since it is super clean and well maintained, it has a certain charm. We had a room facing the garden and we could sleep with the windows open. It was very calm.

We had a lovely family room on the top floor with view over the village and the Alps. It was very comfortable and quite large, including a small kitchenette. Short walk from the train distance made it very practical, especially with kids. The breakfast was very satisfactory too.

Breakfast was delicious, everything fresh and great variety to choose from.

Decor of the room was too old fashioned for me but it was good size. I didn’t like the light going off way too quickly in restaurant bathroom, it was spooky there.

The staff,room,location and breakfast were all great! Very clean and you feel most welcome 👌🏻 Highly recommend 🙏🏻

We loved the breakfast served, it was very family style and it made us feel at home. Mr. Dinh also waited for us until very late to check in as we missed a train towards Zimmerman, which pushed us back from the schedule. We really appreciated the customer service!

We only stayed one night, as we did the Golden pass panoramic train route, so I don't have a comment on how convenient it is to go ski at the resort, but I suppose it is, as it was in a good location.

Staff was very friendly, and the property is well situated. The breakfast was also ok.

You could hear people breathing in the next room as well as every single sound from the hallways.

The bed was too soft for us. Also due to summer, it was hit inside the room. Would have appreciated atleast a fan would have been provided in the room.

The temperature of the water in the shower was changing in the inconsistent intervals every second minute for a 2-3 seconds burning hot... unfortunately a little bit dangerous I must admit

The people running the hotel were lovely, always smiling and very helpful!

This is an awesome place to stay. The breakfast was amazing and our stay was comfortable. Tuan looked after us and made our stay very comfortable.

Our first stay of our first visit in Switzerland and the dynamism of the staff made the start of our vacation on the right foot even when we were arriving pretty much at midnight and helping us to check in. Located a couple blocks from the train station and pretty much right in the middle of Zweisimmen, this place is excellent for a nice stroll around. Rooms are enough for a short stay but the buffet is excellent for its price!! Consider this as your stay if you are travelling on the Belle Epoque train to Montreux.

The shower is somewhat small, like "cruise-size" small. Still for the price it was a great stay.

Good value for money. Personnel is so kind and welcoming, the check-in was really pleasant. As well as any contacts with them! Altough on the old side, the hotel has still good facilities, ranging from budget single rooms (functioning and practical) to suites (small apartments ideal for families). The asian restaurant is amazing, such a yummy food, definitely a blast!

Not renovated, breakfast was basic. Overall we experienced a too empty atmosphere

too much light coming through the windows at night, not possible to make it darker. Walls are like paper, if you have a noisy neighbor you might end not sleeping.

The staff was so pleasant, friendly and helpful. The location was excellent and the room was very comfortable and clean.

The bed mattress are inacceptable; absolutely bad, in beds like that you can not sleep. For this price it is really bad. We dont can recommend this hotel when nothing will be changed. The breakfast buffet was ok.

I booked this place for a short getaway and also to go out of town for celebrating my husband's birthday. I asked the manager and staff if it was possible to do some decoration in our room and they were so pleasant to talk to over the phone (but even better in person). The decoration in the room were beyond my expectation. We were so thrilled and happy that we booked this place and not some other hotel for our visit. The manager Tuan and the staff member Iba was so so kind and helpful. They were probably the best hotel staff people we have came across. We travel a lot and have been to so many places and countries but I can surely say that this was one of the best stays that we had so far. We are definitely coming again to this place. This is also the best place to stay if anyone plans to visit Gstaad as it is just half hour by train and 1 hour for glacier 3000 from here. The train station is just 2 mins away. You also get a Gstaad card here (Free of cost) for unlimited and free public transport throughout the Gstaad region. Lastly we also like the breakfast service here where they bring everything prepared to your table. Thank you for having us and hoping to see Iba again in our next trip :)
