Diud not stay, found better hoterl

nobody at reception, restaurant not oprn, when receptonist turned up, could not speak any european languages or swiss german, hotel next to busy road, rooms looked out on building site.

It was an awesome and comfortable stay and I will come back and stay here again anytime

The hotel was a cozy little hotel with excellent staff. A very traditional swiss chalet with wooden structure and large balconies. We stayed at a 4 bed room and was expecting a large room with 4 bed crammed in all the spaces. However to our pleasant surprise it was actually 2 separate rooms with 2 separate toilets. The rooms was very very spacious. The best was the staff. One particular staff member, Liza, was the warmest host I have met in a long time. She went out of her way to make us feel welcome and comfortable. We wanted to have dinner outside and, although the dinner was set only inside, she went out of her way to set up a table for us outside and brought all the food there. And at all times she was smiling and talking and joking with us. All of the staff were very helpful and kind. The location was just a short but very scenic walk from gstaad main station. So the location was very ideal as well.

Everything was great. Maybe they can increase the breakfast spread a little more

A lovely hotel in a quiet part of town. The recently renovated rooms were very clean and comfortable. The Restaurant was excellent.

All was okay until

Some guests were partying half night with loud music which was impossible to sleep. No one really tried to make them more silent or to call police (I was in 1 step from calling, but decided to have this review instead) I don’t know how possible for people with kids were to survive that night Stuff told they already asked guests to be more quiet and they can’t do anything else Party time (loud time) should be over at 23 But this party lasts till 2-3 am Had an awful night before my departure All good feelings from place were spoiled

Boutique-feel hotel with great restaurant

Small, boutique style hotel with lovely welcome by the director and very friendly restaurant staff. Excellent restaurant, dinner and breakfast were both superb.

A bit on the outskirts of Gstaad but close to several cable cars.

A place like heaven, we will come back .

Clean and comfortable room. Very polite staff. Dinner of very good quality . The area was amazingly beautiful. Next time we will stay longer and explore the area.

Didn’t really talk about what was truly available to patrons. There was a sauna in the basement that I didn’t know about until the last day. Also, you can get a discount on Loft tickets by staying there I was told but was never given any information while checking in.

the room I had overlooked the petrol station and main road, so was quite noisy. shower curtain had a gap by the tap, so when you showered you flooded the floor

Charming in a great location and amazing staff

Staff was amazing, friendly,attentive and funny. Beds and pillows were comfortable, great views and close to the lifts and short walk into Gstaad. Breakfast is simply but good and enough. Had the fondue for dinner and it was amazing. The restaurant and bar are quite lively with locals.

the property is older so it is dated with some worn-out carpet but it is very charming, we liked it

Located near the edge of town near a couple of small ski lifts. Lovely bed (with great views), clean bathroom. Super-nice and helpful staff, including the owner. Great bread, of several types, plenty enough food to keep vegans happy.

Bit of 'coming and going' noise late at night. The flies! (though not the hotel's fault)

Perfect for one night on bike tour through Gstaad

Great hotel, breakfast, west facing sunny balcony and staff and nice location.

Our room was in the front closest to the street, so was a bit noisy with traffic noise
