he modern twist on traditional chalet decor creates a sophisticated yet cosy ambience. Our room was spacious, comfortable and tastefully appointed, featuring a balcony with breathtaking mountain panoramas. Service throughout our stay was exemplary, delivered by warm, polite and attentive staff who added a delightful personal touch.
The gastronomy deserves particular praise: the restaurant's set menu was a sublime culinary journey, breakfast was rich and varied, and the whimsical creations by the pastry chef were absolute masterpieces. The spa and wellness area provided the ultimate relaxation, highlighted by a remarkably well-equipped gym, a serene indoor pool and a soothing sauna. An easy trip into nearby Gstaad also allowed us to catch the annual alpine cow parade.

Good location and views to the mountains across the valley. Room was a decent size and the interior and exterior of the hotel look nice.
We were there in a warm period the lack of A/C made the room uncomfortable.
Had a bad experience from dinner at the restaurant, the breakfast was OK but the lady running it needs to smile and be a bit friendlier. Overall just an average experience.

Service v bad. Staff don’t understand international guests. Made mistakes about our reservation in restaurant / refused to serve us and were v rude. Not accommodating to guests/ don’t understand service and had to ask for everything. Plus the lights went off 3 times as soon as we entered the room after arrival. Room was freezing so we had to ask for extra heaters.
