A wonderful one day stay on the way to the airport.

Anka, the host was extremely nice and accommodating. She treated us with delicious home made apple cake and cherry liquor. The room was a little outdated but very clean and everything was in working order. The hotel is a five minute walk from the center.

Perfect and close to the airport

The most friendly and considerate host possible. She helped in any way possible. And went out of her way to accommodate a request we had for a later check out. We even got a home made cake and cherry liqueur when we arrived!! Can’t praise highly enough. The place is close to the town centre albeit on a gradient. It’s not modern modern, but it’s a really good property. Thank you thank you!! Hvala!!

A very warm welcome to a spacious, well appointed appartment.

The host was kind and excellent and recommended a waterside restaurant that we were very happy with and returned to with a discount. Anka arranged an early taxi and even got up early to check it had arrived. A lovely balcony and fully equipped kitchen complimented the two bathrooms and comfy bedrooms.

Amazing!!!

Anka is a super host! She greeted us very friendly and she showed us the apartment. She even gave us some homemade cherry liqueur and traditional Croatian sweets. The apartment was very clean, comfortable and with everything you might need for your stay. Very central location, only 5 minutes walking to the center for Cavtat. She allowed us to keep the bags in the property after the check-out cause we had the flight in the late afternoon. We had an amazing experience, Anka really made it special for us with her kindness.

Beautiful stay, perfect hotel

We stayed in Cavtat for 3 nights and when I come back, I will book Villa Anka again. Anka was a WONDERFUL host. Our flight was delayed, so we arrived around midnight. Anka greeted us to let us in. She offered us a refreshment as well, and left some liqueur to us to sample for the next couple days. She even brought us coffee and milk so that we had it for the morning! Our room was spacious with a cute balcony (and air conditioning) and it was nice that the kitchen was a separate room. The location is perfect- walking distance to town center and beaches. Cavtat is a paradise and I already miss it.

Everything was perfect. The only thing I can think of is that the WiFi was spotty at times- but it is not a deal breaker. I just mention that because some people like to know.

Wonderful stay, the hostess was wonderful, service minded and took really good care of us. We checked out and was allowed to have our bags the whole day in her house, and we where allowed in again for a shower although we already checked out, thanks very much for great service

A very pleasant and comfortable stay.

The location was very good, just a few minutes walk down hill to the centre. Car parking was very convenient in front of the property. The host welcomed me on arrival and showed the apartment and facilities. The apartment was clean and functional with a lovely balcony. I used the apartment the night before my early flight from Dubrovnik airport. This worked very well and will definitely use this apartment again.

Perfect stay. Green location with nice coastal promenade

Beautiful view from the balcony (can enjoy sunset from the balcony instead of sitting in the smartphone). Surrounding is very green. Very nice host, brought us home-made juice for refreshment and was always ready to help with all our questions. Apartments are clean, spacious and comfortable, there is everything you need for short or long stay. Enough parking places (taking into account natural space limitations on Adriatic coast having convenient parking is essential for those who travel by car). Cavtat is a nice small town with good restaurants and very tasty ice-cream. Beautiful promenade along the sea coast with shadows from the trees. Coast is rocky but you can still find good places for swimming.

Climbing back to apartments from the sea coast, especially during day heat (good fitness though).

Fantastic host and stay

Anka is a fantastic host, really nice and helpful! There was a downpour on one of our days, she brought in the clothes/towels we had on the balcony so they didnt get wet. The room was spacious and balcony was lovely. Short walk into Cavtat town, although it is steep on the way back up but very doable for most.

No fault of the villa but it is directly under the flight path of Dubrovnik airport (assume this is the same for most hotels in Cavtat) and can be quite noisy when planes go over, if you are a light sleeper this may impact you.

Cavtat is a beautiful area, great for touring all the fabulous places in this area.

We stayed in a 1 bed apartment self catering, everything provided. Owner Anka is a lovely lady very welcoming & kind,makes juice &cake for guests.

Facilities i.e.bathroom needs updating,shower has a large step up into it. Towels hard need updating. Bed linen needs updating. While facilitues are all good there is need for investment in all stated. The apartment is up a very steep hill its ok going down but coming back up is extremely steep so beware if you have walking difficulties. After dark it is quite a dark area so we always got a taxi back at night cost 9euro. Cavtat airport is on the flight path so it can be noisy until late &flights commence early morning. This would be same in many areas around Cavtat.

Needs completely updating

Quiet location. Efficient air conditioning. Shower was powerful and hot.

Plates, cups, mugs, cutlery, kitchen knives, drainer, fridge, towels, should all be renewed, very old!! Had to ask for toiletries and toaster which were listed in facilities but not there. Had to use sandwich maker for toast first few days before a new toaster arrived. Toiletries supplied were used shampoos from previous guests and a new shower gel arrived during the week. Only two spare plug sockets in the entire apartment and they were in the kitchen, so we had to have the toaster (when it arrived) on the floor to reach the socket. Very few hangers all different varieties.

We had a wonderful time staying in Cavtat! The location is absolutely perfect – peaceful, scenic, and just a short walk from the charming town center and the sea. The accommodation was clean, well-equipped, and very comfortable. Our host was very kind and welcoming, always available if we had any questions.

The location was fantastic, just a short walk from the centre of Cavtat and the seafront. It was very clean and had everything you needed available in the apartment. It was reasonably priced. There was parking available also. Our hostess was excellent, efficient and personable.
