Nice apartment but should have researched Cavtat first.

Very nice apartment, clean with a comfy bed and private parking outside. Met the host briefly when we left, seemed very pleasant.

We didn't realise how far it was from the restaurants etc in Cavtat, about a mile and very steep windy road, nowhere to park other than the car park at 3 euros an hour, very busy even in October. Very pretty place but purely tourists and very expensive, won't be back.

Ideal apartment in a convenient location

Lovely host and sweet little apartment. Perfect for our family of 3 - there is a sofa bed in the living room and a separate bedroom. The apartment is an easy walk to the centre of Cavtat - you have to walk back up the hill, but that's the case for many properties in the town. Would highly recommend.

Superb studio.

Nina was a very good host. Very easy communication since the beginning. She left a car parking spot for us upon arrival as I needed for the first night. The apartment was super clean and well equipped with everything you need. We had an early flight (06:00) and we booked a transfer with her husband that was also very helpful. The apartment is very close to the main area of Cavtat. Thanks for everything and we hope to go back one day.

Cozy Stay with Exceptional Hosts

The apartment was very cosy and had everything we needed. It’s just a short walk from the town centre. The bathroom was quite small, but it wasn’t an issue for us. The owners were very friendly and even helped with arranging an airport drop-off. Highly recommended!

Perfect !

It was a wonderful stay! Everything was top-notch — friendly hosts, excellent airport transfer both ways. The hosts were always ready to help and fulfill any request. The room was always tidy with fresh towels provided regularly. The sea view was absolutely incredible. The beach and a shop were within walking distance. I’d be happy to come back again! 🤍

Host was very nice and ready to help for everything. they have parking space for car. city center was close. we just arrive afternoon and tomorrow morning we contained our trip.

Apartment was in second floor and for us was little problem because I have disable child even to be honest they owner offer to help me.

Good property in Cavtat

Good property away from the center of town, which means that it's fairly quiet. Nice view over Cavtat and the sea beyond, great for sunsets. Going to the town of Cavtat takes only a few minutes, with 2 main options by foot: a steep pedestrian road, or the actual road with cars which takes a couple of minutes more but is not as steep. The bed was a bit soft: the mattress is too soft, but it rests on a hard surface (no box-springs) so it's OK. Nina the owner was wonderful and very welcoming.

The owner Nina had sent me a picture of the building, but even with this, it was not easy to find it from where my taxi dropped me. Fortunately, I asked neighbors and they helped me; a very detailed map (showing actual streets and individual buildings) to explain how to find it and how to access it, would be great.

Seaside self-contained room with value for money.

The place is very close to the airport. We are three couple, and each room having onsuite bathroom and small kitchen facility was great. Climbing 2nd floor was a bit of a challenge with suitcases. It is close to the seaside, but we didn't have time to explore the sea because we just stayed one night before catching our return flight.

Clean and quiet stay in Cavtat

The location is great; it's a little bit out of town, so no noise from the tourist crowds. To get there from town is a walk uphill, and there are 2 options: follow the road which is a gentle incline, or take a pedestrian-only shortcut that is steeper (which many people do). Also, there is a beautiful view from the balcony over the town of Cavtat and the water around. The AC works very well.

Finding the place was not easy. Nina's had sent me a picture of the building, but the cab from the airport dropped me just around the corner, so I could not get my bearings, and could not see a number for the buildings. Fortunately there were some people just enjoying sitting outside, and they knew exactly where it was when I asked for Nina's Apartments.

Excellent place to stay

The apartment is much better than on pictures! Sparkling clean, freshly renovated, with full amenities — great for short and long term stays. Location is great, 5 min walk to the center but in a quiet area. Nina is a very hospitable and kind person, thank you for this wonderful time!

Excellent for a great vacation

The room is very beautiful and clean, its located near the city where it's quiet. The beach and city is 3 minutes by car. The owner is very helpfull and eager to help in everything, even gives you trips for traveling. Large room, kitchen equiped with lots of things, AC, WIFI, free parking on the yard, and it has balkony. We stayed 2 days and it was excellent. Very great price-quality ratio.

We wanted to stay one more day, but the old lady didn't understand english much, so we had to move out after the 2 days.

Property quite compact and was happy to be only spending one night there

Although situated within walking distance from the town, it is a very steep walk ! Use of shared balcony nice.

Holder for shower head was missing, had to improvise in order to take a shower. Also shower door was difficult to open/close.

You get what it says on the tin. Excellent value for money.

Nina and Stipe as hosts were excellent. Nothing was a trouble to them. The views from the apartment were amazing. Towels changed everyday. Boat trips to Dubrovnik, various islands bookable at Harbour front. Multiple places to eat and no matter where you are the views are amazing.

The walk up and down to and from the main promenade. Quite steep. Having said that if you factor in an over priced taxi of 70 kuna (£6 UK) for a two minute journey as part of your holiday I am sure overall the holiday cost would still be cheaper than accommodation right on the sea front. We walked down and taxi back. We were in a studio, but I think adding a microwave and a toaster to the room would be beneficial.
