Apartments Maria

This property is gorgeous. It has a fabulous view of the mountains, and the nearest swimming area is a very short walk away, and is very nice! The harbour is also a short walk away, so it’s easy to get to restaurants and boats. Maria, the host, could not have been more friendly and helpful!

Nice location set slightly back from Cavtat bay, but lovely views from front of property. Close to old town and coastline. Had all modern amenities and air con

Was slightly elevated up hill and then quite a few steps up into property, this would be a real challenge for disabled or those with impaired fitness. Wasn’t a problem for us but could be for others. Bathroom very compact, shower was powerful and lots of hot water but it is a wet room style shower with no tray to gather water, consequently the water spilled across much of the floor - a floor squeegee should be stored in the bathroom to allow water to be directed into the plug for drainage and prevent slipping. Fridge made a constant horrendous rattling and vibrating noise which we could not stop, this needs some attention especially if people are staying in apartment for lengthy period.

Helpful staff, handy, quiet location and good facilities in the room.

Unfortunately i booked based on the images on booking.com, but the apartment advertised and i was looking at was a family room with kitchen so i was looking to cook breakfast... not happening lol. Probably my own fault, so for others just check your room is correct or your heading out too eat and what you saved on the room is lost.... food was good mind you.
