Excellent!

Cavtat is beautiful, we were absolutely delighted with it after the bustle of Dubrovnik. We stayed in a lovely apartment just five minutes from the centre. Ivana kindly provided us with a map and her personal recommendations on what to do and where to eat, which was incredibly helpful for finding our way around. Also, the lift in the nearby hotel is a brilliant shortcut to the sea. We’d definitely recommend it

Relaxing and quiet - great accommodation in Cavtat

We stayed in a double room with a private balcony offering a beautiful view - much nicer than in the photos. The apartment had coffee-making facilities and crockery, and there were some snacks provided in the room as an amenity, which was especially helpful given our late arrival. Overall, it was a great stay on a quiet street just five minutes from the centre, with comfortable beds and a lovely host.

We wanted to stay for two more nights, but sadly there was no availability.

Great location and facilities for a couple

Amazing location and short walk to the sea front in Cavtat. Nice to have a balcony with a lovely view of nature. Good facilities

Cavtat was a nice beach town and Apt Maria with parking was a short walk to town

The location of the Apartment Maria was within walking distance to town. We were able to park our car at the apartment fine. The apartment was on an upper floor so it would be a problem for those with mobility issues. We liked the fact that the apartment had a bathroom in each of the 3 bedrooms. It came with two small bathrooms and one big master bathroom. The air conditioning units worked great and the kitchen was spacious. We did not spend much time in the apartment because we were there for only 2 nights. The location was the best part about the apartment, with easy access to Montenegro and a short walk to downtown Cavtat.

We found it strange that the apartment did not come with basic toiletries like shampoo and body soap. The host was gracious to provide them after we asked for them. All apartments we stayed in Croatia and worldwide provided them as part of our stay without having to ask. There were no queen size covers on the two queen beds. Each queen size bed had 2 single bed covers, which we thought it was strange. Furthermore, the duvet covers for the single bedspreads were too short to fit over the entire length of the covers. The bathroom shower curtain in the master bath covered the drain when we used the shower so water would spill out of the shower and we had to wipe them up. The two small bathrooms were rustic, but clean. The apartment did not come with an iron. We had to ask the host to borrow one. We’d suggest the host to provide basic necessities like shampoo, body soap, and an iron in the apartment so the guests don’t have to ask for them. These necessities are considered basics nowadays and we normally find them in each place we rented worldwide. If the host offers better beddings, basic necessities, and fix the shower curtain, I would give a better rating for our stay. All in all, the apartment’s location cannot be beat and having a bathroom in each bedroom was a big plus.

Friendly small place, good location, well-equipped apartment

We received a warm welcome and the apartment is well equipped and in a good location a short walk from the town with easy access to shops, restaurants and to the water for a swim or boat trip. We appreciated having a balcony and well-equipped kitchen-diner with good air-con, as well as a parking space in front of the apartment.

The walk is a little bit steep with some steps and the road is a bit narrow, but that is not unusual for Croatia! Can't think of anything else, and would definitely recommend!

Great location just a few minutes from the center and the sea. Good value for money especially during the expensive seasons. Very nice and helpful host.

Make sure you bring your earplugs! During our stay. small child wa running upstairs early in the morning and we could hear it very loud.

Exceptional

Location was excellent. Beaches and town centre with a store and numerous restaurants are only couple of minutes away. The apartment was comfortable and clean and hosts were very attentive and kind. Also, Dubrovnik is nearby for a visit, and Cavtat is a beautiful place for vacation. We were very happy. :)

Aardig klein appartement met balkon

We kozen deze locatie om Dubrovnik te bezoeken en om onze huurauto om te wisselen op Dobrovnik airport. Apartments Maria was een van de weinige met gratis parkeren en met een betaalbare prijs per nacht. Het ligt op een rustige plek op loopafstand van de boulevard en het leuke centrum van Cavtat. We zijn de volgende dag met de Vivado veerdienst naar Dubrovnik gevaren en later weer terug. Geweldig! Kan het iedereen aanraden. De eigenaren van Apartments Maria zijn bijzonder aardig en verwelkomden ons met een koud biertje. Het appartement heeft een fijn balkonnetje.

Ook al is de plek rustig, het gebouw is dat zeker niet. Wij hadden het middelste kleine appartement op de 2e verdieping. De eerste avond/nacht aan beide kanten druk kletsende buren, aanslaande airco’s en andere brommende apparaten. Het huis ligt verder onder de aanvliegroute van het vliegveld met continue stijgende en landende vliegtuigen vlak boven je. Een beetje beangstigend. ‘s nachts vliegen ze gelukkig niet. Het bed kraakt en piept bij elke beweging en de matras was voor ons niet comfortabel. Misschien is het hier prima voor jongere mensen met een klein budget, voor ons was het helaas niet zo geschikt.

Nadaje się na jedną noc przed wylotem. Ale nie zasługuje na tą cenę. W tej cenie można wynająć inny Apartament trochę dalej od morza ale czysty, nowoczesny. Nie podobało mi się i nigdy nie chciałabym więcej trafić w takie miejsce.
