Excellent stay,with really welcoming host.

This was one of the best stays I have ever had.Excellent location and the host Niksa was so friendly and welcoming.I was on my own and arrived into Dubrovnik around 10pm ,Niksa collected me for free and brought me to the accomadation.He also brought me to the bus for my next destination.I would really recommend a stay here.

Fine stay, for a few days.

We stayed here for 3 nights. The owner insisted on picking us up from the bus stop and took us to the airport upon departure with a parting gift, that was all very kind. The apartment is small but functional. There is a good washing machine and clothes drying lines outside. There are plenty of kitchen utensils etc. It is very quiet. There are plenty of good towels. The owner lives above the two units, so you have your own space but it doesn’t feel too private, which is fine for a few days. The owner is kind and attentive with suggestions for restaurants, ferry information etc.

The furniture feels dated, chair cushions have become very flat and hard. Bedding is functional but in dire need of an upgrade. However, I believe that all this is reflected in the price of rental, so you are getting what you pay for, in this case. Even though there is a washing machine, there is no laundry soap, and no shampoo etc. This means that when you are staying, even for a few days, you must buy this. The good thing is that there are. Couple of grocery stores that can provide everything you need.

The apartment was value for money and we would return.

Our host, Niksa, contacted us before our trip and met us at the airport on arrival and took us back to the airport on our return. We were made to feel very welcome. The apartment was exceptionally clean.

The apartment is only 5 min walk to the main area but it is a climb if you had mobility issues.

The host made our stay exceptional and the apartment was exactly what we needed. It was perfect for a week for 2 of us and the location is brilliant. Everything you could need is a 5 min walk away.

Great break in a beautiful part of Croatia

Hosts were very friendly offering free airport transfers.

Cavtat has steep hills, if you have mobility difficulties stay nearer the village. Otherwise the 5 minute walk into town is no problem.

A little bit disappointing

There was a really nice shower All necessary utensils were present

- The beds were really, really, uncomfortable - I found some hairs in the bathroom from previous guests - quite dark appartment - you needed to park your car in front the appartment where also the outside sitting area was. So when sitting outside you are looking at your own car - the host, even though I’m sure he meant it well, was a bit intrusive
