Convenient for short stay.

Easy to find only 8 minutes from Dubrovnik airport, And a pleasant 15 minute walk to the village. Good parking. Great for a short stay

Disappointing

Close to the airport, which was the whole purpose. Nice , kind staff.

Old, outdated, in need of improvements and replacements one bedroom apartment. The mattresses are so old you can feel the springs digging into the body. The large, European style, pillows are so old, they feel like lumps of cotton rather than a pillow. The shower doesn't have the holder for the shower head, so you need to hold it yourself. There's no shower walls, just curtains, the water spills over to the floor, creating cross wet flooring all over the tiny bathroom. Overall, very disappointing. Do not recommend or come back.

Clean

Property was in a good location and the rooms were nice and clean however the bed was light sleeping on a brick and the pillars were like sack of potatoes. You could really do better by just changing the mattress and improving the pillows.

extra large double bed was 2 single beds pushed together, good location.

10 min walk from cavtat center which was good. It was clean.

We booked the room that says " extra large double bed ", when we arrived it was 2 single beds pushed together and I was told this is how it always is in croatia which simply is not true, so that was disappointing. There was no shower holder so you had to hold shower head in your hand at all times, also not ideal.

Good location, parking and the room was looking good at first glance.

Two single beds instead of one double bed, when we booked a double bed. Air condition too noisy. Mosquitos!!!

A large apartment convenient for Dubrovnik airport and visiting Cavtat. Owners were very accommodating for late arrival / early departure times.

- Bed was really uncomfortable. - We had backpain in the morning. - Cot creeks with slightest of movements. - Air cooler is very loud. - Very basic amenities and does not justify as a 3 Star Stay.

Lovely place in a very nice city.

Very nice place. Large rooms and a nice area, just above the city. Very friendly host. Cavtat is a beautiful city on its own and a perfect place for a boat trip to Dubrovnik or other places.

Disappointing and overpriced.

The location is the only real advantage of this apartment as guests can walk to the center of Cavtat (a lovely 15-minute walk downhill).

Overall, the rental is highly overpriced for the offering. The house is located on a very busy thoroughfare so crossing the street to walk to downtown Cavtat is risky. The apartment is shoddy: lacking soundproofing, we could hear the owner's family in the apartment next door; the shower lacked decent plumbing, so the shower water stagnated after a few seconds and leaked. The bed in the bedroom is fine, but our child's sofa in the living room was very hard and uncomfortable. No AC in the bedroom.

Good location near airport

We had a midnight arrival at the airport and the host was very helpful with the late check in. EUR 20 taxi from airport. We were not disturbed by planes overnight. Short walk down to the beautiful bay/port, where we hopped on a ferry to Dubrovnik.

The place was really nice, clean and cute. The bedroom was big, the kitchen well equipped, the bathroom spacious. We also had a small balcony and there are free parking spaces. The wifi worked well. The host was kind. It is a 30 minutes drive from Dubrovnik but I suggest you take the bus as parking a car costs 10€ per hour in Dubrovnik. The bus is a 5-10 minutes walk from the apartment and passes every 30 minutes.

They gave us only one roll of paper toilet which wasn’t enough in 3 people…

The best place to stay if you are travelling further from the Dubrovnik Airport

Niko is a really welcoming host. We were aloud to stay with our dog, even prior to showing how cute it was :) As a large family, we were given the largest suit. The balcony and the view was fantastic! We also enjoyed the extra set snow-wight towels! Niko and her family was assisting us all the way through with our joint trip. It was also cute that the airport taxi knew the place well, for the place must have a positive reputation.

It was really clean and cosy. The hosting family was soooo welcome and nice, too!

The host was super friendly and helped us with the nicest beach walk. The appartment was quite large, more than we expected and was really clean. Also really enjoyed the balcony.

Superb

We stayed in the apartment for 5 days and it was great. Close to the beach, however notice that the city located on hills, so if you're live not on the first line you would climbing anyway. Shop, restaurant, bus stop to Dubrovnik all in less than 3 minutes. Well equipped, more than enough for 2 persons. If you travel by car there is a parking place in front of the building in the shade of the olive trees. Owner is very friendly and helpful. Small and cosy shared balcony, where you can work or rest. If you need something, just ask the owner don't shy. A lot of entertainment around: snorkeling, diving, boat rent, sea tours... Also you should know that city is close to the airport, so it is noisily. However there are no planes at night and the apartment isolated perfectly, just close windows.

WiFi signal is low 😔, so you should hunt for it🙈, but if you there not for work it's more than enough. On the other hand WiFi is free.
