Contemporary design, very comfortable bed, exceptionally clean, everything you need is provided. Fully equipped kitchen. Lovely balconies with amazing views. Parking onsite available if required. 10-15 minute walk to the old town but paid parking is available down by the water also. The host was very communicative and helpful. One of (if not) the best places I have stayed in. Would highly recommend.

Nice and clean, supermarket literally next door. Quite location and a 15 euro taxi ride to the old town. Anita is a fantastic host.

Nothing

The location of Villa Nick was very good and handy for walking to and from Cavtat. It was also conveniently located near a shop and bus stop to Dubrovnik. The balcony was nice and had a good view. The bed was very large and comfortable. We were allowed to stay an extra few hours on the last day which helped with a late flight time. Anita was helpful online but sadly we did not meet her.

We did not meet Anita even though she said she would be at the apartment when we arrived. There was no welcome pack (as with other visitors reviews) or information on the local area, as promised. Unfortunately, the apartment was dirty when we arrived! There was dust and hair on surfaces, the kitchen appliances, cutlery and plates, bowls, etc. were very dirty and still had food on from the previous visitors. As we had booked this apartment to use the self-catering facilities, this was extremely disappointing. The bathroom bin was filthy and there were a lot of silverfish pests.
