Very convenient to the airport, close to a great river walk and good restauran and shops.

The host was there to greet us with the keys and additional information. This property was very close to the airport, 10 minutes, for our early morning flights.

The place was great for one night. A bit smaller than expected, although close to water and great restaurants.

Very helpful host and comfortable stay

Anita was so kind and helpful when our taxi was delayed and we needed to use the apartment beyond check-out time, especially as the air-con was a welcome relief compared to waiting for an hour in the hot sun. The apartment is simple and had everything we needed for our stay. It was a straight-forward, 10 minute walk into Cavtat for restaurants, shops and the harbour quay.

Did not get to meet the host due to time of our arrival, but good communication & clear instructions. Drinks on arrival were also much appreciated after arriving in torrential weather!

Lovely apartment. Pics a little unclear as the property we stayed in was not as modern as some of the others pictured. Air con is situated in living rm & kitchen areas, so bedroom doors had to remain open to allow the whole apt to cool down - not a major issue for us, but just for awareness. A lovely, clean apt & perfect for cavtat & the airport. Thank you.

Dirty and overpriced

The apartment was very dirty when we arrived, there was a old smokers smell in the room and the overall look of the apartment was not what the pictures described. The bathroom had a lot of mold and dust in it and the shower head wasn’t even attached probably. The owners of the apartment don’t even take time to properly great you and if you call them they only say “I send you text on booking.com so look there” We were not happy with this stay and advice to take a hotel instead of this apartment…

The location was great and with free parking. The bed was very comfortable. There is a supermarket within a few minutes walk. The apartment was well equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable base. Anita was very kind easy to communicate with.

Excellent vfm, clean tidy property with a lovely host.

5 apartments of varying sizes. 4 have balconies; one has a shared table/chairs at the top of the stairs. Amazing view. Steep walk half way back up to the property from the town but the bus is every 30 mins, is one stop and costs 1.60eu. Appt exceptional vfm. Aircon v good. Clean, tidy. Shop within 2 min walk. Lovely Anita (host) available immediately when needed. Snack/drink in fridge for us.

No “dislikes” but these things would improve the property; shower head doesn’t stay up, could be easy fix for the host. No microwave.

Amazing value, huge comfort, brilliant service.

The bed was SO comfy! The bedroom in general was very roomy and bright, very airy and a lovely place to sleep. The balcony was a good size to relax on with a great view, and the welcome drinks were a lovely touch. Ease of check in was amazing.

Amazing view in a clean and spacious apartment

The view was amazing and it was very easy to access (no narrow or twisty steep hills to reach the apartment. The shower was strong and the beds very comfortable. The host was very quick at answering all of our questions and special thanks for the refreshment, coffee and candies :)

Good location but not in good condition and not worth the price.

The location of Villa Nick was very good and handy for walking to and from Cavtat. It was also conveniently located near a shop and bus stop to Dubrovnik. The balcony was nice and had a good view. The bed was very large and comfortable. We were allowed to stay an extra few hours on the last day which helped with a late flight time. Anita was helpful online but sadly we did not meet her.

We did not meet Anita even though she said she would be at the apartment when we arrived. There was no welcome pack (as with other visitors reviews) or information on the local area, as promised. Unfortunately, the apartment was dirty when we arrived! There was dust and hair on surfaces, the kitchen appliances, cutlery and plates, bowls, etc. were very dirty and still had food on from the previous visitors. As we had booked this apartment to use the self-catering facilities, this was extremely disappointing. The bathroom bin was filthy and there were a lot of silverfish pests.

Apartment is very clean and very spacious. Its a little old fashioned and basic, but does the job. Is on edge of busy main road and a good walk down to Cavtat. But l would recommend due to size and cleanliness. Owner very quick to get back to queries.

It was our first time in Croatia, so we didn't know what to expect. We were delighted with our time at Villa Nick--we just felt so comfortable even though we were so far from our home in the States!

Great idea fizzled.

Kitchen facilities okay for warming left-overs. Spacious living area to re-pack bags for travel home. Easy for a taxi to find. Heater worked.

Address I had on e-confirmation was in town center & this apartment was on the road out of town. After lugging bag upstairs, & found my error, had to get another taxi to take me there. Then there was no place nearby to eat or buy food (it was a Sunday). Contactless entry left me with no one to ask for assistance. Had to leave at 4:30AM for airport, & was hungry!
