Great value for money

Vlaho is a great guy and helped us with everything we needed. The apartment was perfect for four adults and a baby. It’s close to the Cavtat city centre, with a restaurant and a shop nearby. If you’re traveling without a car, the bus stop to Dubrovnik is just a minute away. Thank you, Vlaho — we really enjoyed our stay!

We will be back

Veramenta apartment was perfect for our family holiday. Clean, spacious, well-equipped kitchen, comfortable lounge area, beautiful veranda, and balconies off the bedrooms which caught the morning sun. We were met by our host on arrival who was most welcoming and very informative about the local area and amenities. We couldn't have asked for better.

Disappointing

A spacious apartment with a 25 minute walk to a lovely town and beach.

The owner emailed us that we could get into apartment early but it was not possible when we arrived so we had to wait around for a few hours. We booked a 2 bed apartment but the second bathroom/toilet/bedroom were locked off. It was extremely important to get a taxi to airport in morning and the owner guaranteed a taxi for us. However it arrived late so very long lines at airport check in caused enormous stress. The apartment is on the flight path so aeroplanes very noisy during the day.

Lovely host, very spacious apartment, everything you need available in the flat and within walking distance to centre of Cavtat. We had a short stay but would have liked to stay longer

Wonderful comfortable accommodation.

Loved the apartment! Very clean and comfortable. Wonderful host who met us there and gave us recommendations. Very caring! It had everything we needed. Very comfortable beds. 2 air conditioners- all the rooms cooled down very quickly. Pool was lovely. Very private space. Parking was right out front. Washing machine was in hallway and shared. Walking distance (5 minutes) to a lovely restaurant and also a small market. U can definitely walk to downtown Cavtat but it was about 20 minutes each way. (Hill on way back). We loved it! Thanks again!

Very enjoyable experience, we look forward to our next visit to both Cavtat and Apartment Veramente.

Location suited us very well, a few minutes walk from the town, up a hill but the bus/taxi is always an option if you don't want to walk. Vlaho was very helpful with arranging transport from the airport and providing a map of the local area and a welcome plate of watermelon and juice on arrival and a further gift before we left. He was always willing to help if we had a question and checked in during the week to ensure we were okay. The apartment was very clean and well furnished with everything in perfect working order. Lovely pool area with plenty of sun loungers, the apartment had a spacious balcony with lovely view. All in all a fabulous place, hope to visit Cavtat again and stay Apartment Veramenta.

Great holiday - comfortable apartments

We enjoyed our stay in the apartment. It was clean and comfortable, there was everything we needed. The bus stop is nearby, it is about 30 minutes drive to Dubrovnik. Vlaho is very positive and sociable. We are grateful for his hospitality.

A wonderful holiday

Spacious modern apartment with magnificent mountain and sea views. It is such a pleasure to have a meal or cup of coffee while sitting on the balcony the size of which is pleasantly impressive. We enjoyed spending the hottest hours of the day in the pool. The beach is about a 20 minute walk away and the nearest grocery store is 10 minutes away. The owner Vlaho is friendly and happy to help. A compliment from the owner in the form of juice and watermelon for children and lemoncello for adults is an additional pleasant bonus. We had a really great time at Veramenta apartment.

Sometimes I wanted a microwave in the kitchen, not so much out of necessity as out of habit. The main disadvantage is that holiday flew by so quickly...

Excellent property with lovely host

We had a lovely stay in Apartments Veramenta. Our host Vlaho was very kind and welcoming. Responding to any queries really quickly. Apartment was super clean, spacious and had everything we needed with a beautiful view from the balcony. Location is about 15 walk from centre but taxis and buses are easily available. We had a lovely time in beautiful Cavtat and hope to visit again someday soon.

Location was a bit too far from the actual town of Cavtat, but doable. (steep climb/descend). Outside area is a bit in between high (white) buildings. You don’t really have a nice view when sitting at the pool.

Excellent property with lovely host!

The apartment is only 5km from the airport so super short transfer. The apartment itself was spotless and well equipped. Pool area was lovely and very well maintained. You can walk to Cavtat village in less then 15 mins. The bus stop is a 2 min walk from the app which is super handy if you do not want to walk. You can also get the bus into Dubrovnik. The host is a great guy and is ready to assist with anything you need. He kindly organised a transfer back to the airport for us. Would definitely return and recommend to friends 👍

Super apartment very near airport and a walk to centre of Cavtat. We were very warmly welcomed and treated to delicious watermelon, juice, milk etc. The pool and outside area were delightful. Two great bathrooms and a well equipped kitchen. Unfortunately, we only stayed one night but would like to return.

A lovely apartment adequate for our needs

The apartment was very nice with a great balcony/terrace with a sea view. It was a decent size and the kitchen was equipped with everything we needed and there was a kitchen table and seating area but we spent most of our time outside on the terrace! The bathroom was good with a decent shower but the toilet seat could probably do with replacing. Other than that everything was good and the host Vlaho was very nice and helpful and he left us cake and juice when we arrived. It is up a hill to the apartment, about 20 minutes to the centre so you need to be relatively fit. We like walking so had no issue with that at all. All in all a great stay!!

Great location

We loved having the pool which we had to ourselves most days. The perfect location as its walking distance into cavtat but just enough out of the old town that it was quiet aswell. Our host was very helpful and left us watermelon on arrival 😋 and helped us get a late check out as our flight was very late. Would 100% come here again and would recommend.

The apartment was lovely and clean! It was the perfect size for us and the view from the balcony was wonderful! The little pool out the back was great and the area around it was nice and clean! The apartment host was very kind, welcoming and friendly! He went above and beyond our expectations and made our stay very memorable. Looking forward to our next visit!

Very successful vacation in a very cool place.

Apartments Veramenta is a very good choice for a longer or shorter stay. It is located approx. 800m from the center of Cavtat. We walked down the steps to the old part of Cavtat. First floor apartment with direct access to the pool, very well maintained, spacious with all amenities with the possibility of cooking on your own. Two bathrooms with bath towels and hair dryer. We also received pool towels. Ironing board and washing machine also in the apartment. Large living room with sat TV and large two bedrooms. Very comfortable beds. Plenty of space for clothes. Air conditioning in the living room and bedroom. Very large terrace for exclusive use by the pool. By the pool, sun loungers with umbrellas. Pool clean, well maintained, water clean, filtered daily. Exclusive parking for guests of the apartment. Very nice owners. Vlaho very friendly and helpful in every situation. He was waiting for us with a treat ( cold watermelon and delicious juice ). Very good contact by phone and email. We liked Cavtat very much, quiet without crowds on the promenade and beaches. In the marina you can watch super yachts, listen to concerts of local music and shanties. Beaches in the area super with clear and transparent turquoise water. You can admire the underwater fauna. Snorkeling in the mask is a pleasure. We recommend Apartments Veramenta, if there will be a chance we will surely come back to this place. Marcin i Marzena
