Comfortable ,Friendly and very reasonable

Unfortunately we were delayed by 2 hours due to our flight so arrived at 10pm, we kept the host informed. When we finally arrived they welcomed us with warmly, they took us to our apartment , poured us a cold glass of juice which was so appreciated , the studio was immaculate , spacious and the hosts were very kind and friendly, we were literally there one night. Check out was 10am but they allowed us to check out at 11am. It is a family run place with a restaurant next door , lovely atmosphere and reasonably priced. Amazing sea view, great place , shame we just stayed one night. The apartment is approx 7 to 10 mins away from the airport , we def got scammed , they charged us 20 euros! They were asking for 25.

A perfect place to spend a couple of days exploring Cavtat and Dubrovnik.

The property was comfortable, clean and had everything we needed. The welcome Banankos and orange drink were a lovely touch, and a welcome treat we didn’t expect. The hill down to the water was a joy that ensured an extra beer was on the cards! The restaurant next door provided delicious food at a really reasonable cost and checking out, the property owner couldn’t do enough to help us. She was very responsive to our messages and questions. Having the bus stop right outside the property was the icing on the cake! A great stay! Thank you xx

Check-in was not obvious as the entrance was to the side of the property and up some steps. The label on the door really helped though - we were a little early.

As experienced travelers, it was extra special to find a clean well located facility.

We were delighted to arrive and find a cafe/restaurant right next door. The cafe owner called the housekeeper, Nevenka, who lives above his shop, and she came immediately. She works a lot and keeps the 9 rooms, halls and terraces very clean, and all the plants properly watered. During the day, she washed and dried linens and ironed everything in the evening. She is a real asset. The cafe next door was the perfect extra. Every morning, we started with excellent cappuccino, and enjoyed 4 of 6 lunches and dinners there.

We took the bus from Dubrovnik central bus station to the center of Cavtat. It would have been nice to be told in advance to ask the bus driver to stop at the last stop before arriving to the central bus stop of Cavtat, as that stop is across from the apartment and would have saved us from pulling suitcases up the steep and winding road in 100 degree heat.

The property met our expectations. Everything was more or less as described. The kitchen was reasonably well equipped.

There were some issues with the wifi. The "garden view" was more of a wall view with some planters.

Position of the apartment. It is close to the city centre.

The apartment needs some renovations (especially bathroom) and the kitchenette wasn't usable because there was not enough space to prepare anything. The plates weren't clean (there was a film of dust on it). Generally, the apartment wasn't thoroughly cleaned.

It was situated on the main road into Cavtat next to a very good restaurant.The apartment was very clean,being cleaned every day.

The only downside is that it is at the top of the hill out of Cavtat,but you can catch the bus every 15 minutes dropping you off outside the property

Very good budget accomodation in an excellent location - highky recommended.

This is very good budget accommodation. Rooms are spacious and well appointed. Bed linen and towels were fresh and clean. Excellent location,just 5 minutes walk to the beach and the promenade,where all the restaurants and bars are. Staff were friendly and welcoming,especially Perica and Valentina.

There was no safe in the room.

A diamond in Cavtat.

Fantastic apartment in a great location. Very modern with all facilities. Owner was not available at the time but Dennis from the VERY GOOD restaurant in front gave us the key and checked us in. Highly recommend this apartment especially for large families or groups (we were 7 people)

The bed frames on the small beds were weak and breaking... OK for our 8 year old but not sure for an adult.

Immer wieder empfehlenswert

Wir waren zwei Nächte in Cavtat und wurden mit einem Obstkorb und einem Erfrischungsgetränk ganz herzlich begrüßt. Die Aussicht vom Balkon auf Cavtat bis nach Dubrovnik hat uns sehr gefallen. Vielen Dank an Maria , die uns dann auch noch den Transfer zum Flughafen vermittelt hat.

Bardzo miłe przyjęcie. Na przywitanie sok i owoce. Bardzo miła właścicielka i jej mama/teściowa.

Śniadania nie było w ofercie, ale zaraz obok jest restauracyjka ze świetną obsługą. Można było też robić jedzonko w apartamencie.

Correct car très bon emplacement.

Emplacement au top, à quelques minutes à pied su port de Cavtat (attention, l’hôtel est situé sur les hauteurs quand même). Personnel très sympathique. Prix très correct pour la région

Pas très propre, et beaucoup de fourmis dans la cuisine. Peut-être un coup de décoration à revoir.

Brudno, standard nieadekwatny do ceny, nieprzyjemna obsługa.

Blisko do autobusu i sklepu oraz fajna knajpka pod domem.

Zaczynając od tego, prosiliśmy o możliwość przyjścia do apartamentu wcześniej żeby zostawić walizki ale odmówiono nam bo apartament jest jeszcze niegotowy. Ok, normalna sprawa. Przyjechaliśmy na miejsce i okazało się że pokój jest totalnie nie posprzątany po poprzednich ludziach. Pod prysznicem pozostawione zużyte opakowanie po żelu, na półeczce plastik po golarce, WC z pozostałościami…i w koszu papierosy i włosy 🤢 O dywanikach podłogowych nie wspomnę które były czarne od brudu. Usiedliśmy na łóżku chcemy włączyć tv okazuje się że nie działa..no to dzwonimy do właściciela i mówimy że jest nieposprzątane do tego nie działa telewizor. Właściciel przyszedł, był dość nieprzyjemny. Jakby miał pretensje że mu zwracam uwage że jest brudno. Jak mu pokazałam te pozostałości w łazience to po prostu wziął te śmieci, wymienił worek i z pretensją pyta o co mi chodzi. To że ktoś wyrzuci śmieci nie oznacza że jest posprzątane w łazience…fajnie byłoby gdyby chociaż ktoś umył toaletę, prysznic no podstawowe sprawy. Papier nawet nie był wymieniony tylko wisiała pusta rolka. Także no ewidentnie nikt nie sprzątał w tej łazience co moim zdaniem jest niedopuszczalne. Właściciel walczył z telewizorem po czym po interwencji jakiegoś speca uznał ze to wina anteny a nie jego i tyle (jakby nas to interesowało czego to jest wina) Pościel taka że człowiek się brzydził położyć twarz na niej (tym bardziej patrząc na podejście do sprzątania w tym miejscu)więc spaliśmy na własnych recznikach…czajnik ulepiony brudem, szklanki w szafce usyfione, jakieś zaschnięte robaki na dnie, w lodówce też. Ogólnie no jakość do ceny dramat. Ja nie oczekuję luksusów od apartamentu najważniejsze jest żeby było czysto, niestety rozczarowaliśmy się. Raz że było brudno, dwa podejście właściciela do tej sytuacji. Także z przykrością nie polecam. Szkoda że tak mało zdjęć można dodać do opinii…
